本实施例对含油废水中残渣进行分离隔除,并对水中油脂进行回收处理的运行过程为:将餐饮行业产生的含油、渣等杂质的污水从箱体1左侧上方的进水管2进入除渣装置3中,污水首先受到主动刮板6和从动刮板5之间缓冲而流速降低,污水中绝大部分渣等固体杂质被滤孔截留,并在滤槽上方堆集起来,而油水混合物和一部分细小杂质则穿过滤孔经由水口13到达一级分离室4中。由于污水流速降低,污水中一部分易分离的大颗粒油滴和浮沫迅速浮出水面,集累在浮沫挡板14左侧与箱体围成的空间之中;另一部分则沿浮沫挡板14向下进入稳流分油构件31中,被稳流分油构件31中平行隔板组34分成一股股互不影响的小细流,污水流态进一步稳定,一部分沉渣逐渐下沉到稳流分油构件31底面上。油水混合物继续沿沉渣挡板16向上流动,其中一些油滴在流动过程中浮出水面,聚集在浮沫挡板14与隔板17之间的水面上,从第二高度可调溢油口18进入储油室12;另一部分随水流沿第一隔板17向下经过第一隔板17下方的第一缺口流入过水室后,再向上从过水室、第二隔板19的第二缺口流入二级发离室10中。油水混合物中的一部分油滴浮在二级分离室的水面上,从第三高度可调溢油口进入储油室12;另一部分细小油滴随水流在向下进入集油聚结构件35,油水混合流在波纹板37中以类波浪的形式流动,便于细小油珠碰撞聚结,又由于波纹板37表面具有亲油疏水性,油滴被吸附在波纹板表面形成一层油膜,随着水流的不断经过,油膜逐渐加厚,借助油的表面张力形成一定大小油珠之后,受油珠本身浮力及水流冲力作用使油珠脱落,上浮到二级分离室10水面上聚集起来,由于二级分离室10的截面从下到上逐渐变小,使油脂层都集中在水面上一个很小的区域,油层变厚,从第三高度可调溢油口39进入储油室12。油水混合物经过二级分离室的分离后,绝大部分油脂被分离出来,分离出的水向下穿过集油聚结构件35后,经第三隔板25下部的空间进入水位调节室24,通过第四隔板上面的水位调节口29插板的高度,并配合将储油室12中第二高度可调溢油口18、第三高度可调溢油口39调整到合适位置,则可使集累在二个分离室水面上的油脂自动溢入储油室12中,而不使水溢入。经固渣分离和油水分离后的污水最后流入净水室27中,并从出水管30中由下向上流出本装置。储油室12中设有油位传感器,可实时监控油脂存贮量,当快达到设计贮量时,油位传感器就会产生报警信号,PLC系统就会显示油脂存贮满,并声光报警通知维护人员回收油脂。In this embodiment, the residues in the oily wastewater are separated and removed, and the operation process of recycling the oil in the water is as follows: the sewage containing impurities such as oil and slag produced in the catering industry enters the
随着污水的不断涌入,截留在“U”型过滤槽体11上的固体杂质会越来越多,集累到一定程度,就会使U型过滤槽三个面上的滤孔大部分被堵塞,污水不能及时穿过,U型过滤槽中水位上升,当达到设定报警水位,设在除渣装置中的液位开关就会动作产生报警信号,PLC系统就会显示除渣器故障并声光报警,通知维护人员拉动除渣装置上的“T”型推拉杆8,带动主动刮板6刮动U型过滤槽,使废渣随主动刮板6一起向从动刮板5移动,两刮板间空间变小使得废渣受到挤压,当挤压力大于从动刮板5与“U”型过滤槽体11之间的摩擦力时,从动刮板5就会随着主动刮板6并夹着废渣一起向滤槽底面上从动刮板5一侧的出渣口9移动,当废渣抵达出渣口9时,就会从出渣口9中漏出,被排出除渣构件。当废渣完全被排出后,维护人员就可以推动“T”型推拉杆8,使主动刮板6回到原来位置,从动刮板5在推拉杆8上定位销的作用下也可以回到原来的位置,由于两刮板在“U”型过滤槽的来回运动,安装在刮板上的清渣钢刷则可同时来回清刷过滤槽中的滤孔,使滤孔重新操持通畅。With the continuous influx of sewage, more and more solid impurities will be trapped on the "U"-shaped
