技术领域
本实用新型属于冶金设备领域,涉及一种用于连续冷连轧生产线中用于滚筒式飞剪机剪刃间隙调节驱动装置。
背景技术
现有的全连续式冷连轧机组的速度高达1500m/min,由于受飞剪机等辅助设备的限制,当机组进行分卷剪切时,机组速度须降至300~130m/min。因滚筒飞剪比其它飞剪剪切速度高、结构简单、剪刃调节精度高及时间短等特点,被广泛用于全连续式冷连轧机组中。目前高速全连续式冷连轧机组中的滚筒飞剪剪刃侧隙自动调节驱动装置普遍采用齿轮传动或链轮传动,齿轮传动受空间大小及结构的限制,而链轮传动精度较低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、调整精度准确、时间短的滚筒式飞剪机剪刃间隙调节驱动装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,滚筒式飞剪机剪刃间隙调节驱动装置,包括变频电机、小带轮、齿式同步带、大带轮、锁紧齿块和液压缸,变频电机输出轴连接小带轮,小带轮通过齿式同步带与大带轮连接,大带轮活动连接有锁紧齿块,锁紧齿块与液压缸连接。
本实用新型的优点是:由变频电机带动小带轮旋转,由齿式同步带带动大带轮(调节轮)旋转,从而进行剪刃间隙的调节。由液压缸驱动缩紧齿块将大带轮(调节轮)锁住。改变了由手工操作旋紧顶紧螺栓的方式。具有结构简单、调整精度准确、时间短的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,包括变频电机1、小带轮2、齿式同步带3、大带轮4、锁紧齿块5和液压缸6,变频电机1输出轴连接小带轮2,小带轮2通过齿式同步带3与大带轮4连接,大带轮4活动连接有锁紧齿块5,锁紧齿块5与液压缸6连接。工作时,变频电机1带动小带轮2旋转,小带轮2通过齿式同步带3带动大带轮4(调节轮)旋转,从而进行剪刃间隙的调节。调节完成后由液压缸6驱动锁紧齿块5将大带轮4(调节轮)锁住。本实用新型改变了由手工操作采用旋紧顶紧螺栓的方式。

1、滚筒式飞剪机剪刃间隙调节驱动装置,包括变频电机(1)、小带轮(2)、齿式同步带(3)、大带轮(4)、锁紧齿块(5)和液压缸(6),变频电机(1)输出轴连接小带轮(2),小带轮(2)通过齿式同步带(3)与大带轮(4)连接,大带轮(4)活动连接有锁紧齿块(5),锁紧齿块(5)与液压缸(6)连接。
