背景技术
在带钢连续热镀锌机组中，矫直机是一台非常重要的设备，它主要用来改善带钢的板形，以提高产品质量。在现有的技术中，通常采用连杆机构、液压缸直接驱动矫直单元凸轮机构实现辊缝的打开或闭合。这种工作方式存在着结构繁琐，安装维护不方便，制造复杂等诸多缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、安装维护方便，工艺性好的拉伸弯曲矫直机辊缝快速打开装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，拉伸弯曲矫直机辊缝快速打开装置，其特征是：包括摆动油缸、偏心轴、滑动轴承、轴承座、矫直辊底座，左右轴承座内分别固定有滑动轴承，偏心轴与摆动油缸一端轴连接，偏心轴同时穿过左右轴承座内的滑动轴承与滑动轴承滑动连接，偏心轴滑动面与矫直辊底座底部滑动连接。
本实用新型与现有的技术相比具有以下优点：由于通过摆动油缸1控制偏心轴转动一定的角度来实现辊缝的打开和闭合。使设备重量有所减轻，安装维护方便，由于这种结构摆动油缸安装在设备的侧面，使设备装配和日常的维护方便；制造简单，制造成本低，与凸轮机构相比，偏心轴加工更为简单且加工成本低廉。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，包括摆动油缸1、偏心轴2、滑动轴承3、轴承座4、矫直辊底座5，左右轴承座4内分别固定有滑动轴承3，偏心轴2穿过左右轴承座4内的滑动轴承3与滑动轴承3构成滑动连接，偏心轴2一端与摆动油缸1轴连接，矫直辊底座5座落在底套上，底套上端开口，偏心轴2露出底套上端开口与矫直辊底座5接触。
工作时，利用摆动油缸1驱动偏心轴2的转动带动矫直辊底座5上下移动，使矫直机辊缝打开与闭合。这种结构摆动油缸安装在设备的侧面，使设备装配和日常的维护方便；制造简单，制造成本低；与凸轮机构相比，偏心轴加工更为简单且加工成本低廉。
