在食品烹饪中包括涮、煎和烤三种形式，使用的燃料主要有木碳、固体酒精和燃气，其缺点燃烧不充分，并释放出对人体有割的物质，余热不能被重复利用，目前使用的炊具功能单一，或者涮火锅、或者煎肉、或者烤肉，不能做到一锅多用，余热不能回收利用。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有涮、煎和烤三种功能的多用途节能火锅。
本实用新型是这样实现的，它包括燃烧器、火锅、煎盘、烤炉、余热帽、支架和阀门，其特征是火锅为中空结构，燃烧器设置在火锅和煎盘腔体内，煎盘和烤炉设置在火锅的上方，在烤炉的侧壁和余热帽上设置有透热孔，烤炉呈圆台状。
本实用新型的优点是一锅三用，利用火锅的余热完成煎肉和烤肉的烹饪，节省能源。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，该多用途节能火锅包括燃烧器1、火锅2、煎盘3、烤炉4、余热帽5、支架6和阀门9-10，火锅2为中空结构，燃烧器1设置在火锅2和煎盘3腔体内，煎盘3和烤炉4设置在火锅2的上方，在烤炉4的侧壁和余热帽5上设置有透热孔7，烤炉4呈圆台状，工作时，燃烧器1发出的热量通过其侧孔8将火锅2内的水加热，通过燃烧器1上方的顶孔8为煎盘3加热，通过烤炉4的侧壁和余热帽5的透热孔7将肉烤熟，通过阀门9、或阀门10实施独立控制。
