背景技术
早期使用的滚轮轮芯外围为光滑表面，外胎内侧也为光滑表面，轮芯与外胎通过直接嵌套固定连接，外胎与轮芯之间摩擦力较小，易发生相对滑动。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种防滑性能较好的滚轮。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的一种滚轮由外胎直接嵌套在轮芯上组成，其创新点在于：所述轮芯外表面为齿轮面，外胎内圈的内表面为与轮芯外表面配合的齿轮面。
所述滚轮外胎内侧四周还设有卡扣。
所述滚轮轮芯上与卡口相对应位置设有弧形孔槽。
以上结构的优点在于：所述轮芯外周与外胎内侧分别设置齿轮面，轮芯与外胎通过齿轮嵌套紧密配合，解决了轮芯与外胎之间易发生相对滑动的问题，提高了滚轮的使用效率。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步的说明
如图1、2所示，轮芯1上外侧设有齿轮面2，外胎3内侧为配合齿轮面4，所述轮芯1和齿轮面2之间四周开有弧形孔槽5，外胎3内侧四周还设有卡扣6，外胎3与轮芯1配合时，外胎3内侧卡扣6刚好插入轮芯1四周所设弧形孔槽5内，通过施加压力卡扣6逐渐嵌入孔槽5内，所述轮芯1齿轮面2与外胎3内齿轮面4相互接触，通过推压齿轮面2和配合齿轮面4相互嵌套，固定连接。
