本发明涉及医疗器具，特别涉及一种气管切口用空气净化湿化装置。
(二)背景技术
气管切开做为抢救病人生命的一种治疗手段，在临床应用广泛，而预防肺内感染、维护呼吸道的生理状态是医患们首要关注解决的问题。①通常对有自主呼吸气管切开的病人，湿化可用生理盐水间断或持续从套管内注入，空气直接进入肺内，没有了鼻的屏障作用，易引起肺内感染。②使用依露得力(呼吸过滤器)容易被痰液污染，被痰液污染后，海棉网内充满痰液，与外界空气畅通受阻，易使患者滞息。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种操作简便、清洗消毒方便、无气管刺激、院内院外均可选用的气管切口用空气净化湿化装置。

本发明的气管切口用空气净化湿化装置，其特殊之处在于，包括圆锥形网罩，网罩上端为圆形小口2，下端为圆形大口1，小口上覆盖有可拆卸的无菌纱布3。网罩由塑料制成，高5cm，圆形小口直径2cm，圆形大口直径7cm。
使用时，气管切口换药消毒切口皮直径肤8cm—10cm，将无菌的或煮沸消毒的网罩套在气管套管外口上，圆形大口1贴近皮肤，其上覆盖无菌纱布2—3层，如果不使用气管内滴入湿化液还可用浸湿了无菌盐水的纱布覆盖其上，盐水纱布用1-2层，盐水饱和度1/3-1/2，且分袋包装。如果有痰液污染，可随时更换、消毒。

1、一种气管切口用空气净化湿化装置，其特征在于，包括圆锥形网罩，网罩上端为圆形小口(2)，下端为圆形大口(1)，小口上覆盖有可拆卸的无菌纱布(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的气管切口用空气净化湿化装置，其特征在于：网罩由塑料制成，高5cm，圆形小口(2)直径2cm，圆形大口(1)直径7cm。
