背景技术
目前,国内的冷库用聚氨酯夹芯板,大多结构为内外表面是金属薄板,中间是聚氨酯芯材,由于聚氨酯具有很好的保温性能,所以聚氨酯夹芯板作为保温材料是非常好的。然而,由于聚氨酯是一种高分子的有机化合物,是可燃的,所以它的防火性能成为建筑、冷库行业的应用障碍。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:解决上述存在的缺点与不足,提供一种复合芯材的耐火聚氨酯夹芯板。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种耐火聚氨酯夹芯板,具有冲孔金属面板,冲孔金属面板的一侧贴合设置聚氨酯发泡层,冲孔金属面板的另一侧贴合设置切条岩棉层,聚氨酯发泡层和切条岩棉层的另一侧都设置有金属面板,所述夹芯板的两端头设置有用来相互连接的接口,聚氨酯夹心板的整体是通过发泡制成的。
为了具有更好的耐火性能,聚氨酯发泡层与其相应一侧的金属面板之间设置有与聚氨酯发泡层贴合的冲孔金属面板、与金属面板贴合的切条岩棉层,冲孔金属面板与切条岩棉层贴合连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型的一种耐火聚氨酯夹芯板,提高了它的防火性能,具有很好的保温性能。

如图1所示的具体实时方式的一种耐火聚氨酯夹芯板,具有冲孔金属面板3,冲孔金属面板3的一侧贴合设置聚氨酯发泡层4,冲孔金属面板3的另一侧贴合设置切条岩棉层2,聚氨酯发泡层4和切条岩棉层2的另一侧都设置有金属面板1,所述夹芯板的两端头设置有用来相互连接的接口,夹心板之间通过接口进行相互连接。
如图2所示的另一种最佳实施方式的耐火聚氨酯夹心板,具有冲孔金属面板3,冲孔金属面板3的一侧贴合设置聚氨酯发泡层4,冲孔金属面板3的另一侧贴合设置切条岩棉层2,聚氨酯发泡层4和切条岩棉层2的另一侧都设置有金属面板1,聚氨酯发泡层4与其相应一侧的金属面板1之间设置有与聚氨酯发泡层4贴合的冲孔金属面板3、与金属面板1贴合的切条岩棉层2,冲孔金属面板3与切条岩棉层2贴合连接,所述夹芯板的两端头设置有用来相互连接的接口,夹心板之间通过接口进行相互连接。
本实用新型实施时,将金属面板、切条岩棉层、冲孔金属板、聚氨酯发泡层按照顺序贴合在一起进行发泡,形成整体,根据需要材料的大小,将夹心板之间通过接口进行相互连接。

1.一种耐火聚氨酯夹芯板,其特征是:具有冲孔金属面板(3),冲孔金属面板(3)的一侧贴合设置聚氨酯发泡层(4),冲孔金属面板(3)的另一侧贴合设置切条岩棉层(2),聚氨酯发泡层(4)和切条岩棉层(2)的另一侧都设置有金属面板(1),所述夹芯板的两端头设置有用来相互连接的接口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火聚氨酯夹芯板,其特征是;所述的聚氨酯发泡层(4)与其相应一侧的金属面板(1)之间设置有与聚氨酯发泡层(4)贴合的冲孔金属面板(3)、与金属面板(1)贴合的切条岩棉层(2),冲孔金属面板(3)与切条岩棉层(2)贴合连接。
