本实用新型涉及一种纸尿裤,特别涉及一种活性碳负离子茶叶纸尿裤。
【背景技术】
中国实用新型专利第200620064316.8号公开一种含有茶籽精华素的保健纸尿裤,由柔棉层、吸水树脂层、夹无尘纸层及防漏底膜层复合构成,柔棉层外表面上涂布有一层以采用超临界CO2萃取方法,并经特殊的精制工艺,从精选过的茶籽中提取出的茶籽精华素为主料,并添加一定比例的清爽成分组合而成的组合物。其利用高分子材料耦合在尿裤表面的柔棉层,形成一层防扩薄层,在不影响尿液渗透的基础上,组合可直接作用于皮肤,发挥杀菌止痒、消炎镇痛、润肤清爽的功效,从而预防臀部红疹、防臭吸味。
但因茶籽精华素是直接涂布在柔棉层的表面,容易挥发,功效会随时间推移而降低;另外,因柔棉层仅涂有茶籽精华素及清爽组合物,只有消炎、抗菌、抗氧化功能,而没有其它理疗功能,因此功能较单一;又因茶籽精华素提取工艺较复杂,因此生产成本较高。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种既有消炎、抗菌、抗氧化功能,又有消毒除臭、促进人体新陈代谢,提高人体免疫能力,增强人体肌能,等理疗功能的纸尿裤,让使用者更安全、更舒适。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种活性碳负离子茶叶纸尿裤,至上而下依次包括表面柔棉层、吸水层及防漏底膜,所述表面柔棉层与吸水层之间的还依次设置有一活性碳纤维层、一负离子纤维层及一茶叶棉絮层。
所述表面柔棉层、活性碳纤维层、负离子纤维层及茶叶棉絮层的各层之间还均设有一吸水层。
所述表面柔棉层、活性碳纤维层、负离子纤维层及茶叶棉絮层的各层之间还均设有一无尘纸层。
本实用新型活性碳负离子茶叶纸尿裤包括茶叶棉絮层、活性碳纤维层及负离子纤维层,其理疗保健功能原理如下:
茶叶具有天然杀菌、消炎、抗病毒和抗氧化功效;同时具有高碱、干燥、吸收性强和对尿液进行中和等效果,易使婴儿皮肤不受刺激,能有效防止臀部红疹的发生。
活性碳是一种非常优良的吸附剂,具有物理吸附和化学吸附的双重特性,可以有选择的吸附气相、液相中的各种物质,可以吸附废水和废气中的金属离子、有害气体、有机污染物、色素等,以达到脱色精制、消毒除臭和去污提纯等目的。
在医学界,负离子被确认是具有杀灭病菌及净化空气的有效手段。其机理主要在于负离子与细菌结合后,使细菌产生结构的改变或能量的转移,导致细菌死亡,最终降沉于地面。医学研究表明,空气中带负电的微粒使血中含氧量增加,有利于血氧输送、吸收和利用,具有促进人体新陈代谢,提高人体免疫能力,增强人体肌能,调节肌体功能平衡的作用。据考证,负离子对人体7个系统,近30多种疾病具有抑制、缓解和辅助治疗作用,尤其对人体的保健作用更为明显。
综上,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:一种既有消炎、抗菌、抗氧化功能,又有消毒除臭、促进人体新陈代谢,提高人体免疫能力,增强人体肌能,等理疗功能的纸尿裤,让使用者更安全、更舒适。

请参阅图1所示,本实用新型所提供的活性碳负离子茶叶纸尿裤,至上而下依次包括一表面柔棉层1、一活性碳纤维层2、一负离子纤维层3、一茶叶棉絮层4、一吸水层5及一防漏底膜6。
所述活性碳纤维层2是采用活性碳颗粒,利用真空技术制成的条状纤维,再经热压黏合在织布上。具有物理吸附和化学吸附的双重特性,可以有选择的吸附纸尿裤尿液中的各种物质,以达到消毒除臭和去污提纯等目的。
所述负离子纤维层3是将能激发空气负离子的纳米级的矿物质粉末做成的负离子母粒与聚物载体或纺丝液混合纺制而得,具有抗菌、健肤、促进人体新陈代谢,提高人体免疫能力,增强人体肌能,调节肌体功能平衡的作用。
所述茶叶棉絮层4是将茶叶与棉絮混在一起,并用无纺布包裹缝制而成。因茶叶具有高碱、干燥、吸收性强和对尿液进行中和等效果,也具有杀菌、消炎、抗病毒和抗氧化功效;易使婴儿皮肤不受刺激,能有效防止臀部红疹的发生。
再请参阅图2所示,该活性碳负离子茶叶纸尿裤在所述表面柔棉层1与活性碳纤维层2之间再设一第二吸水层52;活性碳纤维层2与负离子纤维层3之间设有一第三吸水层53;负离子纤维层3及茶叶棉絮层4之间设有一第四吸水层54,这样即可增加纸尿裤的吸水性。
或者如图3所示,该活性碳负离子茶叶纸尿裤在所述表面柔棉层1与活性碳纤维层2之间再设一第一无尘纸层71;活性碳纤维层2与负离子纤维层3之间设有一第二无尘纸层72;负离子纤维层3及茶叶棉絮层4之间设有一第三无尘纸层73,以增强纸尿裤的吸水性和保水性能。

1、一种活性碳负离子茶叶纸尿裤,至上而下依次包括表面柔棉层、吸水层及防漏底膜,其特征在于:所述表面柔棉层与吸水层之间的还依次设置有一活性碳纤维层、一负离子纤维层及一茶叶棉絮层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的活性碳负离子茶叶纸尿裤,其特征在于:所述表面柔棉层、活性碳纤维层、负离子纤维层及茶叶棉絮层的各层之间还均设有一吸水层。
3、根据权利要求1所述的活性碳负离子茶叶纸尿裤,其特征在于:所述表面柔棉层、活性碳纤维层、负离子纤维层及茶叶棉絮层的各层之间还均设有一无尘纸层。
