Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an emergency system.
Background
With the increase of workers out, more and more old people need to live at home independently. Therefore, the problem of how to ensure the normal life of the old and the emergency rescue becomes a problem to be considered by people.
Although the existing communication modes are diversified, such as mobile phones, fixed phones, short messages, network chatting and the like, the existing communication modes hardly help the old. Especially, the patient is unable to take the emergency, such as sudden illness, going out to get lost, etc.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In order to overcome the above defects, the present invention provides an emergency help system with simple operation and convenient operation.
In order to achieve the above object, the utility model discloses an emergency help system, include: the system comprises a communication terminal and an emergency help-seeking service system; the communication terminal at least comprises a distress call service request key, and the distress call service request key is dialed to send a distress call service request to the service system through the communication network;
and the service system is used for receiving the distress service request and sending rescue information to the rescue unit.
In particular, the communication terminal may be: mobile phone, fixed phone, personal computer, WAP handset or PDA.
Particularly, the communication network is a wired communication network or a wireless communication network.
Particularly, the communication terminal also comprises a camera module which is used for collecting video information of the person calling for help and sending the information to the service system.
In particular, the service system comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving a distress call request sent by the communication terminal;
the positioning module is used for measuring the specific position of the communication terminal;
the database module is used for storing user information and rescue unit information;
the control module is used for selecting a rescue unit according to the information of the receiving module and the positioning module and sending a calling instruction;
a communication module: the system is used for calling the rescue unit according to the calling instruction sent by the control module and sending the information of the user calling for help to the rescue unit.
In particular, the receiving module includes a determining unit for determining the number of times the call for help service request key is pressed within a predetermined time.
By adopting the structure, the communication terminal can directly communicate with the service system through the distress call service request key on the communication terminal so as to help the old to deal with emergency situations.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of the emergency help-seeking system of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a distress call service request in the emergency system of the present invention.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of another embodiment of the distress call service request in the emergency distress system of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the emergency help system of the present invention includes: a communication terminal and a service system; the communication terminal at least comprises a distress call service request key, and the distress call service request key is dialed to send a distress call service request to the service system through the communication network; the communication terminal may be: mobile phone, fixed phone, personal computer, WAP handset or PDA. The communication network is a wired communication network, such as an existing fixed telephone communication network, a cable television network, or the like, or a wireless communication network, such as an existing GSM, GPRS, CDMA, or the like.
Preferably, the communication terminal further comprises a camera module for collecting video information or photo information of the person calling for help and sending the information to the service system, so that the service system sends the video information or the photo information to the rescue unit (as shown in fig. 3).
And the service system is used for receiving the distress service request and sending rescue information to the rescue unit.
The service system at least comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving a distress call request sent by the communication terminal;
a positioning module, such as a GPS positioning system, for determining a specific location of the communication terminal;
the database module is used for storing user information and rescue unit information;
the control module is used for selecting a corresponding rescue unit nearby according to the information of the receiving module and the positioning module and sending a calling instruction;
a communication module: the system is used for calling the rescue unit according to the calling instruction sent by the control module and sending the information of the user calling for help to the rescue unit.
Wherein, the process of sending the distress request service to the service system through the communication terminal is as follows: as shown in fig. 2, the elderly press the distress call request key on the communication terminal twice at intervals (for example, press twice within 10 seconds) to determine the distress call request; after receiving the determined help-calling request service, the service system starts voice service so as to determine the help-calling type of the relevant condition of the user; if the terminal user can not normally talk, the system opens the high-frequency sound or special signal of the communication terminal through the communication network, so that the emergency personnel can conveniently assist in positioning through the receiving equipment. When the voice service is started, the GPS positioning system is utilized to accurately position the client position according to the client information and the position of the mobile terminal, and relevant database data of a terminal user, including registered residential addresses, common contacts, the existing medical history and the like, are automatically called out by the system according to needs and communicated with an emergency center through an external interface.
In summary, with the above structure, when the elderly encounter an emergency, such as an emergency disease, going out to get lost, etc., the service system is connected by pressing the call for help service request key, so that the service system can contact the relevant emergency rescue departments, such as 110, 120, 119, etc., in time according to the current situation of the elderly, and simultaneously provide the information stored in the system, such as the home address, the medical history, the allergy history, etc., to the rescue departments as a reference. Furthermore, the old people can be informed of their family members through preset information when receiving help.
