使用时，不用脱去正在穿着的鞋子，直接穿着鞋捅进下山用辅助鞋的围边里，然后拉起橡皮扎带2，将其扎在正穿着的鞋子的后鞋腰上，这样下山走起路来，人体的重心就不会前倾了，就可以安全、舒适、轻松地走下山去。
