背景技术
目前，上肢骨折、外伤、截瘫等手术、长期卧床患者，住院卧床期间一般都是骨折部位有内固定、外固定或外伤需包扎、肢体不能自主活动者，保持功能位后需细心护理，由于骨折部位多有内固定、外固定或外伤包扎，日常便装衣、袖口的宽窄与上肢穿脱的需求有差距，经常会出现患者住院期间患肢露裸，整个治疗期间患肢穿衣困难，使之处于一种难堪极不舒服的尴尬场面，使患者情志不畅增加心里负担，不利于伤病的有效恢复。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种穿着方便，并能自行穿、脱，而不改变上肢患处内固定、外固定或外伤包扎处的力线、力位等变化的拉链式上肢骨折专用服。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：拉链式上肢骨折专用服，其特征在于：该专用服自袖口内侧经腋下至下摆部位设有开缝，该开缝通过拉链开和，袖口内侧与拉链连接有上拉锁，下摆部位与拉链连接有下拉锁。
本实用新型由于采用上述技术，可以解决上肢多发骨折、外伤、截瘫等长期卧床、治疗期间穿长袖困难裸露整个患肢的不足，不论是锁骨、肩锁关节、肱骨、肘关节、尺桡骨等处的多发骨折，还是肋骨骨折、术后的上肢骨折患者，均能自行穿、脱方便，并能为医生、护士检查患者部位提供方便，而且能够不改变上肢患处内固定、外固定或外伤包扎处的力线、力位等的变化。

具体实施方式
从图1中可以看出，该拉链式上肢骨折专用服，自袖口内侧经腋下至下摆部位设有开缝，该开缝通过拉链3开合，袖口内侧与拉链3连接有上拉锁1，下摆部位与拉链3连接有下拉锁2。
从图1中可以看出，当上肢部位附近出现骨折，可将上拉锁1拉下，方便医生为病人检查诊断，当肋骨部位附近出现骨折，可将下拉锁2拉上，方便医生为病人检查诊断。
本实用新型能够为上肢多发骨折、外伤、截瘫等长期卧床患者方便实用，自行穿、脱、更换、清洁、提供创造方便条件，取材、制作简单、成本低廉，体现新时代医护人员急患者所急、想患者所想、着眼于治疗的同时为患者解决实际问题为目的，可广泛为上肢多发骨折、外伤、截瘫、功能障碍患者的卧床使用。
