【技术领域】
本实用新型有关一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种可抵压在挡板上的电连接器。
【背景技术】
电连接器安装于电路板上使用时,一般为了更好的进行屏蔽效果,防止电子元件之间相互干扰,通常在电连接器前端增加有挡板,相关现有技术可参阅于2006年8月15日公告的美国发明专利US 7,090,540B2号所揭示的一种电连接器,该电连接器包括绝缘本体、设在绝缘本体上的导电端子以及包覆绝缘本体的外壳,该外壳的前端设有一体向上延伸的固定部,固定部上设有螺孔,为使该电连接器与挡板电性连接,通常通过螺钉穿过该螺孔并固定在挡板上从而将外壳与挡板锁固在一起,以获得较好的屏蔽效果。然而,由于该等结构需要通过螺钉锁固,制造成本较高,且螺钉锁固的速度较慢,安装效率较低。
因此,针对上述技术问题,有必要提供一种具有改良结构的电连接器,以克服上述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单且安装方便的电连接器。
为达上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,可抵压在挡板上,其包括绝缘本体、设在绝缘本体上的若干导电端子、包覆绝缘本体的外壳以及固持在外壳上的弹性抵压片,所述外壳包括顶壁、自顶壁两侧向下延伸的侧壁以及底壁,其中,所述弹性抵压片包括固持在外壳上且包覆在顶壁外的固持部以及可抵压在挡板上的弹性抵压部。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:电连接器通过弹性抵压片上的抵压部直接抵压在挡板上,以实现挡板与电连接器之间的电性连接,从而起到屏蔽的效果,结构简单且安装方便。另,弹性抵压片通过固持部包覆在顶壁外,同样可以对电连接器起到很好的屏蔽效果。
下面结合附图及较佳实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图3、图4及图5所示,本实用新型的电连接器100可抵压在挡板200上以与挡板200形成电性连接,该挡板200可以为机箱金属外壳。电连接器100包括绝缘本体1、设在绝缘本体1上的若干导电端子2、包覆绝缘本体1的外壳3、包覆绝缘本体1后端的后盖4以及固持在绝缘本体1上的弹性抵压片5。
请参阅图4及图5所示,绝缘本体1包括本体部11、自本体部11前端向前延伸的舌板12。绝缘本体1的下端设有沿前后方向延伸的支撑板13,支撑板13上设有向下延伸并可固持在电路板(未图示)上的固定柱131。本体部11的上表面设有一对收容槽111,本体部11的后端设有若干固持槽112。舌板12包括沿水平方向延伸的水平部121以及自水平部121两侧向下垂直延伸的垂直部122,当然,在本实用新型的其他实施方式中,该垂直部122也可以自水平部121两侧向上垂直延伸。
导电端子2包括固持在本体部11上的定位部22、自定位部22前端向前延伸的接触部21以及自定位部22后端向下延伸并向后弯折的尾部23。接触部21排成上下两排并固持在绝缘本体1的舌板12上以与对接连接器(未图示)相对接,尾部23排成一排并固持在本体部11后端的固持槽112内,从而将导电端子2更好地固定在绝缘本体1上。
外壳3包括包覆在绝缘本体1上的顶壁31、自顶壁31左右两侧向下延伸并包覆在绝缘本体1左右两侧的两侧壁32以及底壁34。左侧壁32与底壁34之间连接有一倾斜延伸的连接壁33。外壳3的顶壁31、左右两侧壁32及底壁34上均设有沿前后方向延伸的弹片35。顶壁31在弹片35的两侧设有一对扣持孔311,顶壁31的后端设有一对卡孔312。两侧壁32上各设有一对向下延伸的固持脚36。
后盖4包覆在绝缘本体1的后端,后盖4的上端设有一对向前延伸并收容在绝缘本体1上的收容槽111内的延伸片41,延伸片41上设有卡片411卡持在外壳3的卡孔312内,从而使后盖4固持在绝缘本体1上,并与外壳3共同起到很好的屏蔽效果。
请参阅图1至图5所示,弹性抵压片5包括固持在外壳3上的固持部51以及可抵压在挡板200上的弹性抵压部52。固持部51包括沿水平方向延伸的主体部511、自主体部511两侧向下延伸的两侧部512以及自两侧部512的下端向内弯折延伸的弯折部513,弹性抵压部52包括设在主体部511上的第一抵压部521以及设在两侧部512上的第二抵压部522。主体部511包覆在外壳3顶壁31外且包覆在顶壁31上的弹片35及扣持孔311外围,两侧部512包覆在外壳3两侧壁32外且包覆在两侧壁32上的弹片35外围,该主体部511及两侧部512可以减少由于顶壁31及侧壁32上由于弹片35的设置而形成的间隙或者顶壁31上的扣持孔311所产生的电磁干扰,因此,该固持部51可起到很好的屏蔽效果。主体部511的前端及后端均设有支撑在外壳3顶壁31上的第一支撑部53以使主体部511与外壳3的顶壁31之间形成一空间,从而在对接连接器插入或拔出时可保证该弹片35的弹性变形,该第一抵压部521自主体部511前端的第一支撑部53向前且向上倾斜延伸。两侧部512的前端及后端均设有支撑在外壳3两侧壁32上的第二支撑部54以使两侧部512与对应的两侧壁32之间形成一空间,从而可保证两侧壁32上的弹片35的弹性变形,该第二抵压部522分别自两侧部512前端的第二支撑部54向前且向外倾斜延伸。固持部51右侧的弯折部513卡持在外壳3的底壁33上,固持部51左侧的弯折部513自左侧部512向内并向下倾斜弯折延伸并卡持在外壳3的连接壁34上,从而可以保证固持部51固持在外壳3上。在本实用新型的其他实施方式中,也可将第一支撑部53焊接在外壳3的顶壁31上,将第二支撑部54焊接在外壳3的侧壁32上,同样可保证固持部51固持在外壳3上。
请参阅图5所示,当将电连接器100抵压在挡板200上时,第一抵压部521及第二抵压部522通过弹性压力抵靠在挡板200上,以实现挡板200与电连接器100之间的电性连接,从而起到屏蔽的效果,该电连接器100与挡板200之间的电性连接无需锁螺钉,因此结构简单,安装方便。另外,由于该弹性抵压片5设有第一抵压部521以及一对第二抵压部522均可抵压在挡板200上,当该弹性抵压部52中有一个无法抵压在挡板200上时,还有其他仍可保证该电连接器100抵压在挡板200上,从而可保证该电连接器100与挡板200之间进行可靠的电性连接。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,可抵压在挡板上,其包括绝缘本体、设在绝缘本体上的若干导电端子、包覆绝缘本体的外壳以及固持在外壳上的弹性抵压片,所述外壳包括顶壁、自顶壁两侧向下延伸的侧壁以及底壁,其特征在于:所述弹性抵压片包括固持在外壳上且包覆在顶壁外的固持部以及可抵压在挡板上的弹性抵压部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固持部包括沿水平方向延伸的主体部,所述抵压部包括设在主体部上的第一抵压部。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述顶壁设有沿前后方向延伸的弹片,所述主体部包覆在弹片外围,主体部的前端及后端均设有支撑在外壳顶壁上的第一支撑部以使主体部与外壳的顶壁之间形成一可供弹片弹性变形的空间,所述第一抵压部自主体部前端的第一支撑部向前且向上倾斜延伸。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述外壳的顶壁在弹片的两侧设有扣持孔,所述主体部包覆在扣持孔外围。
5.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固持部包括自主体部两侧向下延伸且包覆在外壳两侧壁外的两侧部,所述外壳的两侧壁上均设有沿前后方向延伸的弹片,所述两侧部包覆在对应的两侧壁的弹片外围,所述两侧部的前端及后端均设有支撑在外壳两侧壁上的第二支撑部以使两侧部与对应的两侧壁之间形成可供侧壁上的弹片弹性变形的空间,所述抵压部包括自侧部前端的第二支撑部向前且向外倾斜延伸的第二抵压部。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固持部包括自侧部下端向内弯折延伸以卡持在外壳底壁上的弯折部。
7.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述侧壁与底壁之间连接有一倾斜延伸的连接壁,所述固持部包括自侧部下端向内倾斜弯折延伸以卡持在连接壁上的弯折部。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括本体部以及自本体部前端向前延伸的舌板,所述舌板包括沿水平方向延伸的水平部以及自水平部两侧向下垂直延伸的垂直部。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体下端设有沿前后方向延伸的支撑板,所述支撑板上设有向下延伸的固定柱。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:电连接器还包括包覆绝缘本体后端的后盖,所述后盖的上端设有向前延伸的延伸片,所述外壳的顶壁上设有卡孔,所述延伸片上设有卡持在卡孔内的卡片。
