Abstract
一种金属饰面墙砖，属于建筑装饰材料技术领域，由基层和饰面层组成，基层为PVC木塑板，基层两侧边沿开有相配合的凸榫和凹槽，多块饰面墙砖对应面相同方向和形状的凸榫和凹槽彼此拼接而形成大面积板，其特征在于所述饰面层为表面设有装饰花纹的金属箔片层，饰面层贴合基层板展开，伸出1mm～5mm将基层板的四周边缘包裹，基层板的主体开有通槽。本实用新型的墙砖克服现有技术墙砖装饰性差的缺陷，提供一种保持轻质、方便铺设和环保的PVC建材特点又可印刷出多种图案，色彩光泽度好，并富有金属质感的金属饰面墙砖。

本实用新型属于建筑装饰技术领域，具体涉及一种装饰墙砖。
背景技术
现有建筑装饰材料中常用于墙砖大理石墙砖、陶瓷类墙砖或者其它天然人造石材或者硬质材料都存在铺设施工复杂，装饰性差的缺陷，PVC木塑装饰板的轻质和方便可减少楼层间距等优越性近年来备受青睐，但是PVC木塑装饰板的装饰性差，不能满足高档宾馆、酒店等场所的需求也就制约了PVC装饰建材的进一步推广。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中装饰墙砖的缺陷，本实用新型之目的在于提供一种可保持轻质、方便铺设和环保的PVC建材特点又可印刷出多种图案，色彩光泽度好，并富有金属质感的金属饰面墙砖。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案实现：
一种金属饰面墙砖，由基层和饰面层组成，基层为PVC木塑板，基层两侧边沿开有相配合的凸榫和凹槽，多块饰面墙砖对应面相同方向和形状的凸榫和凹槽彼此拼接而形成大面积板，所述饰面层为表面设有装饰花纹的金属箔片层，饰面层贴合基层板展开，伸出1mm～5mm将基层板的四周边缘包裹，基层板的主体开有通槽。
上述通槽的截面为圆、正方形或者长方形。圆通孔中可穿插入塑料空心管用于电线或者电缆线的预埋。
本实用新型的金属饰面墙砖相比现有技术，其有益效果在于：
1、基层主体中空，节省材料而且具有隔热、隔冷以及隔音防震等效果；
2、金属饰面层附着于基层，装饰性极佳，通过金属的印刷工艺技术，可制作各种平面色彩及浮雕效果

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步详细描述：
如图1所述的金属饰面墙砖，包括基层1和饰面层2组成，基层为PVC木塑板，基层两侧边沿开有相配合的凸榫和凹槽.这样的多块饰面墙砖将对应面相同方向和形状的凸榫和凹槽彼此拼接可形成大面积板，可用于家装或者酒店等高档场所的墙面铺设。
饰面层2为表面设有装饰花纹的金属箔片，较好使用铝箔，饰面层贴合基层板铺展开，四周伸出1mm～5mm将基层板的四周边缘包裹，包裹边缘后，还可以伸出几个突片，弯折后卡于基层板上增加牢固性。基层板1的主体开有通槽3。通槽3的截面为正方形，通槽可以穿插入PVC管，而且通槽的设置可以节约材料，是PVC木塑板达到轻质环保。

1、一种金属饰面墙砖，由基层和饰面层组成，基层为PVC木塑板，基层两侧边沿开有相配合的凸榫和凹槽，多块饰面墙砖对应面相同方向和形状的凸榫和凹槽彼此拼接而形成大面积板，其特征在于所述饰面层为表面设有装饰花纹的金属箔片层，饰面层贴合基层板展开，伸出1mm～5mm将基层板的四周边缘包裹，基层板的主体开有通槽。
2、如权利要求1所述金属饰面墙砖，，其特征在于通槽的截面为圆、正方形或者长方形。
