Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种民用中高温恒运高效埋地沼气池,池体上顶部采用球冠型结构,下底部是采用弧坡型结构,主池体结构中部采用圆桶体,二者结合部采用特殊的加固措施进行加固,在主池体底面和顶面均铺设了密实彭松材料层,主池体外侧壁设有维温室,主池体顶部设有维温室,维温室与维温室分别与通气道连通。本实用新型在全国各地区,一年四季都可维持中高温恒运高效的沼气发酵的正常运行。在此同时也充分利用农村农业生产所有的有机废弃物资源,例如:牛、马、猪粪等各类粪便,各种谷壳、各种农作物收获时下脚碎料等品种。

技术领域:
该实用新型涉及一种中高温恒运高效埋地沼气池。
背景技术:
我国农村仍旧普遍采用常低温埋地式沼气池,该埋地式常低温池型的使用,一定程度的受着地区、季节、气候温度变化的影响,该池的基本运行情况在我国南方地区全年池内发酵液的温度变化情况为10℃-30℃,在我国北方地区(东北、西北)全年池内发酵液的温度变化情况为6℃——25℃。沼气的发酵温度是在零上8℃-零上60℃范围内,其间是温度越高产气率越高。埋地式常低温池型的运行温度按最高30℃范围为准,也才刚达到60℃范围的一半效果。另一半有待开发。实际运行中我国南方池内温度达到25℃-30℃的情况也只有7-8个月,其余的4-5个月的池内温度仅在10℃-24℃。在我国北方的寒冷地区以池内温度在8℃-25℃的情况也只能运行5-7个月,其余的5-7个月内,池内的温度仅在8℃——15℃。我国的高寒地区的情况就更不乐观了,在以8℃-22℃为准的情况下也就维持运行4-5个月。温度在8℃-10℃的月份就要占7-8个月,在此期间产气率极低,无法使用,只是加防护保温。高寒地区建在畜禽舍内或蔬菜大棚内的沼气池也只可延长一个月,且运行温度效果情况也不很理想,费时、费料成本极高,效率微乎其微。况且这种建在蔬菜大棚内及畜禽舍内的沼气池,到夏天运行时因受掩挡阳光而一定程度的影响运行产气率。综上所述,沼能的开发,在我国农村推广普及的确存在一定的难度。尤其在我国北方的寒冷地区是极度困难的,更有甚者是我国高寒地区。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是向社会提供一种能够高效利用农村农业有机物废弃资源,保持沼液发酵为中高恒温沼液发酵的民用中高温恒运高效埋地沼气池。本实用新型的目的是通过以下结构实现的:一种中高温恒运高效埋地沼气池,池体上顶部采用球冠型结构,下底部是采用弧坡型结构,主池体结构中部采用圆桶体,主池体底面和顶面均铺设了密实彭松材料层,主池体外侧壁设有维温室,主池体顶部设有维温室,维温室与维温室分别与通气道连通,主池体环周的维温室设有一个气流调节器,维温室顶部设有四个加维温用料和维温室各项检查综合用口,紧靠维温室外墙处设有主池体的进料储调料池,发酵间出料口与主池体连接,进料储调料池与进料口通过横向进料导管相互惯通,进料口通过纵向进料导管连接主池体,进料储调料池配套有发酵料液导流通道,发酵料液导流通道一端与进料储调池连接,另一端与出料间连接,发酵料液导流通道与出料间是通过插接的方式进行连接,在主池体内设有发酵料液导流墙,发酵料液出口位于主池体下部侧壁上,在发酵间出料口处设有一道防淤墙,维温室外墙面设有一道保温层,保温层外面设有一道的保护薄膜。本实用新型主要针对解决三个问题:1.解决农村低常温沼液发酵为中高温恒运高效发酵;2.解决了地区气候和季节气温对沼液发酵的影响现况,使沼气技术在全国各地城乡农村一年四季都可以正常使用,并且是维持中高温恒运高效发酵;3.是在主池体结构材料上进行革新,采用的是特种混凝土、玻璃钢、菱镁改进材料,在此解决了池体的密封度要求高的问题,在结构的整体强度上所采取的技术措施是:在主池体结构上是采用特种混凝土、玻璃钢、菱镁改进材料结构,在结构型体上对上顶处采用球冠型结构,对底部是采用弧坡型结构,对池主体结构中部采用圆桶体结构,在二者结合处采用了特殊的加固措施,来增强其整体性,在主池体的底部和顶部均铺设了密实彭松材料层,底部设有钢筋混凝土整体底筏,综合以上各项技术效果,基本解决了主体池的密封问题,针对维持中高温恒运高效沼液发酵的技术,需要该实用新型采取在主池体外侧及顶部都设有维温室通气道,主体池环周的维温室处设有一个空气调节器,以便室温的调节及室温持续时间的调整控制,该维温室顶部设有四处加维温用料及维温室各项检查综合用口,以便调整及撑握维温室内情况,考虑到冬季对主池体的方便维护,在紧靠维温室外墙处设有主池体加料混流池且和出料口、进料口相互惯通,以便冬季在设有防护保温措施情况下进行加料和串料,在此可免除加料、串料时池内的温度损失已确保主池体储气室的密封效果,在主池体的球冠体外面紧贴该处加一层塑料膜隔气层。经06年、07年、08年三个运行期的运行实践验证,在沼气池没有任何特殊地面保温措施的情况下可确保主池体内发酵料液温度达到零上30℃-60℃,维温室内温度达到零上80℃-100℃,该池建设若与住宅民房相结合,可把此池内维温室内的热量引入住宅室内做地热,若与蔬菜大棚建设相结合,把此池内热量用于棚内地温会收到一定增温效果。该新型池体在室外温度零下28℃的情况下,主池体内沼液发酵温度维持零上30℃-60℃,维温池内的温度维持在80℃-100℃范围内,不会因为地区气候的差别和年度季节气温变化的影响,而使沼气池内沼气发酵料液的中高温发酵的运行发生异常变化。也就是说该池型在全国各地区,一年四季都可维持中高温恒运高效的沼气发酵的正常运行。在此同时也充分利用农村农业生产所有的有机废弃物资源,例如:牛、马、猪粪等各类粪便,各种谷壳、各种农作物收获时下脚碎料等品种。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示的该实用新型为一种中高温恒运高效埋地沼气池,池体上顶部采用球冠型结构,下底部是采用弧坡型结构,主池体结构中部采用圆桶体,二者结合部采用特殊的加固措施进行加固,在主池体1底面和顶面均铺设了密实彭松材料层,主池体1外侧壁设有维温室2,主池体1顶部设有维温室16,维温室2与维温室16分别与通气道连通,主池体1环周的维温室2设有一气流调节器25,维温室2顶部设有四个加维温用料和维温室各项检查综合用口23,紧靠维温室2外墙处设有主池体的进料储调料池13,发酵间出料口7与主池体连接,进料储调料池13与进料口15通过横向进料导管14相互惯通,进料口15通过纵向进料导管3连接主池体1,进料储调料池13配套有发酵料液导流通道19,发酵料液导流通道19一端与进料储调池连接,另一端与出料间连接,该通道采用地下砖砌地沟或是采用地下埋设管道形式均可,发酵料液导流通道19与出料间是通过插接的方式进行连接,其作用是冬季发酵料液需搅拌时,用串流料液方式进行搅拌,在此直接采用泵抽动发酵料液促使进行循环,以达到发酵液搅拌的目的,在主池体1内设有发酵料液导流墙5,发酵料液出口7位于主池体1下部侧壁上,在发酵间出料口7处设有一道防淤墙6,维温室2外墙面设有一道保温层12,保温层12外面设有一道防潮、防水的保护薄膜。
主池体1底面为池体筏基础8,主池体1顶面还设有发酵间外层隔气层9,发酵间外层隔气层9的外层为松散填层10。
池顶面盖板17内设有池顶风道16,导气管11一端连接主池体1,另一端与沼气输送管连接,沼气输送管由主池顶盖板中心处设有的导气管引出孔引出,池顶面盖板17内设置维温室进出料口23,维温室进出料口23上带有检查孔22,池顶面盖板17中心带有导气管引出孔24,维温室2外层为防冻胀保温层12,主池顶风道16处设有外向风道18,在靠近维温室外墙外侧单独设有气流调节池20和集水器安装池21。

1、一种民用中高温恒运高效埋地沼气池,其特征是:池体上顶部采用球冠型结构,下底部是采用弧坡型结构,主池体结构中部采用圆桶体,主池体(1)底面和顶面均铺设了密实彭松材料层,主池体(1)外侧壁设有维温室(2),主池体(1)顶部设有维温室(16),维温室(2)与维温室(16)分别与通气道连通,主池体(1)环周的维温室(2)设有一个气流调节器(25),维温室(2)顶部设有四个加维温用料和维温室各项检查综合用口(23),紧靠维温室(2)外墙处设有主池体的进料储调料池(13),发酵间出料口(7)与主池体连接,进料储调料池(13)与进料口(15)通过横向进料导管(14)相互惯通,进料口(15)通过纵向进料导管(3)连接主池体(1),进料储调料池(13)配套有发酵料液导流通道(19),发酵料液导流通道(19)一端与进料储调池连接,另一端与出料间连接,发酵料液导流通道(19)与出料间是通过插接的方式进行连接,在主池体(1)内设有发酵料液导流墙(5),发酵料液出口(7)位于主池体(1)下部侧壁上,在发酵间出料口(7)处设有一道防淤墙(6),维温室(2)外墙面设有一道保温层(12),保温层(12)外面设有一道的保护薄膜。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种民用中高温恒运高效埋地沼气池,其特征是:主池体(1)底面为池体筏基础(8),主池体(1)顶面还设有发酵间外层隔气层(9),发酵间外层隔气层(9)的外层为松散填层(10)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种民用中高温恒运高效埋地沼气池,其特征是:池顶面盖板(17)内设有池顶风道(16),导气管(11)一端连接主池体(1),另一端与沼气输送管连接,沼气输送管由主池顶盖板中心处设有的导气管引出孔引出,池顶面盖板(17)内设置维温室进出料口(23),维温室进出料口(23)上带有检查孔(22),池顶面盖板(17)中心带有导气管引出孔(24),维温室(2)外层为防冻胀保温层(12),主池顶风道(16)处设有外向风道(18),在靠近维温室外墙外侧单独设有气流调节池(20)和集水器安装池(21)。
