具体实施方式：
如图1所示：可固定衣架，包括衣架1和夹子2，夹子2固定在衣架1的挂钩上。
如图2所示：夹子2的下端中间部位设有绳孔3，晾衣绳就卡在绳孔3内。绳孔3的直径小于普通晾衣绳的直径，且内壁不光滑，方便咬合住晾衣绳。
如图3所示，通过夹子2将衣架1固定在晾衣绳上，这样就不容易移动了。
