本实用新型涉及一种服装无缝线拼接结构，包括待拼接的两块面料，所述两块面料在拼接处叠合，位于拼接处的两块面料之间设有与面料热压粘合的双面胶带，位于拼接处的两块面料外侧设有与面料热压粘合的单面胶带。本实用新型的面料之间接缝平整光滑，轻巧舒适，双面胶带和单面胶带共同提高了所述服装无缝线拼接结构的防风、保暖、防水性能。采用本无缝拼接结构的服装具有穿着舒适、轻巧方便、防风、保暖、防水等特点。

(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种服装无缝线拼接结构。
(二)背景技术
传统的服装均为手工或机械缝制，面料拼接处留有缝头和缝纫线。面料接口不平整，易与皮肤直接摩擦，穿着不舒适；在各种恶劣气候下，如高海拔的严寒、风雪、暴雨情况下，因为服装有针孔，所以会有风雨渗透的空隙，不能有效地防风、保暖和防雨(水)。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种接缝平整光滑，轻巧舒适的服装无缝线拼接结构。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题还在于提供一种具有防风、保暖、防水性能的服装无缝线拼接结构。
所述的服装无缝线拼接结构，包括待拼接的两块面料，所述两块面料在拼接处叠合，位于拼接处的两块面料之间设有与面料热压粘合的双面胶带，位于拼接处的两块面料外侧设有与面料热压粘合的单面胶带。
进一步，所述的单面胶带为装饰胶带。
本实用新型的结构适用于化纤面料(如涤纶、尼龙等)。本结构的制作可采用热封机进行，先将一块面料上贴上双面胶带，然后在拼接处叠合另一块面料，用热压工艺将整体粘合牢固；最后在拼接处的两块面料外侧采用热压粘合工艺固定单面装饰胶带。
本实用新型的面料之间接缝平整光滑，轻巧舒适，双面胶带和单面胶带共同提高了所述服装无缝线拼接结构的防风、保暖、防水性能。采用本无缝拼接结构的服装具有穿着舒适、轻巧方便、防风、保暖、防水等特点。

下面通过实施例对本实用新型作优选地具体说明，但本实用新型的保护范围并不限于此。
参照图1，一种服装无缝线拼接结构，包括待拼接的两块面料1，2，所述两块面料1，2在拼接处叠合，位于拼接处的两块面料之间设有与面料1，2热压粘合的双面胶带3，位于拼接处的两块面料1，2外侧设有与面料热压粘合的单面胶带4。
所述的单面胶带4为装饰胶带。

1、一种服装无缝线拼接结构，包括待拼接的两块面料，其特征在于：所述两块面料在拼接处叠合，位于拼接处的两块面料之间设有与面料热压粘合的双面胶带，位于拼接处的两块面料外侧设有与面料热压粘合的单面胶带。
2、根据权利要求1所述的服装无缝线拼接结构，其特征在于：所述的单面胶带为装饰胶带。
