Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于制造卷烟滤嘴的滤棒，具体涉及一种添加多孔颗粒材料的复合滤棒。
背景技术
普通卷烟滤嘴存在过滤效果不够好的缺点，只可以通过机械截留烟气中的焦油等粒相物质，过滤后的烟气中仍存有较高的有害物质残留，并不能通过分解、吸附等方式降低烟气中的有害物质。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种能有效降低烟气中有害物质的添加多孔颗粒材料的复合滤棒。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：它包括由多个单元段组成的复合滤芯、内包裹层和外包裹层，所述复合滤芯是由二醋酸纤维素丝束段和添加多孔颗粒段相间组合构成的圆柱状的复合过滤体，添加多孔颗粒段是由二醋酸纤维素丝束中添加多孔颗粒材料制成。
本实用新型的技术效果是：它具有过滤效果好的优点，可以有效地吸附稠环芳烃(PAHS)，降低烟气中的致癌物质，同时可以改善卷烟的吸食口味。可制成与普通醋纤、瓦楞的二元、三元、二元三段节的复合滤棒。

具体实施方式
实施方式一：
如图1所示，它包括由多个单元段组成的复合滤芯1、内包裹层2和外包裹层3，内包裹层2分别包裹在各单元段外周上，外包裹层3包裹在内包裹层2外周上，所述复合滤芯1是由二醋酸纤维素丝束段4和添加多孔颗粒段5相间组合构成的圆柱状的二元复合过滤体，二醋酸纤维素丝束段4由二醋酸纤维素丝束制成，添加多孔颗粒段5是由二醋酸纤维素丝束中添加多孔颗粒材料制成。
实施方式二：
如图2所示，它与实施方式一不同的是，所述二醋酸纤维素丝束段4外包裹有瓦楞纸7。即所述复合滤芯1是由添加多孔颗粒段5和瓦楞段6相间组合构成的圆柱状的二元复合过滤体，瓦楞段6是由二醋酸纤维素丝束段4外包裹瓦楞纸7制成的外周具有瓦楞状结构体的圆棒状体。
实施方式三：
如图3所示，它与实施方式一不同的是，所述复合滤芯1内还设有多孔颗粒段8，多孔颗粒段8是在由二醋酸纤维素丝束段4和添加多孔颗粒段5相隔形成的空腔内直接填加多孔颗粒形成，其外围直接由外包裹层3包裹。即所述复合滤芯1是由二醋酸纤维素丝束段4、添加多孔颗粒段5和多孔颗粒段8相间组合构成的圆柱状的三元复合过滤体。
实施方式四：
如图4所示，它与实施方式一不同的是，所述复合滤芯1是由二醋酸纤维素丝束段4和添加多孔颗粒段5相间组合构成的圆柱状的二元三段节复合过滤体。
目前添加该颗粒的瓦楞二元复合滤棒已应用在“双喜牌(经典1960)”卷烟上。本实用新型的多孔颗粒为烟梗膨化多孔颗粒。烟梗膨化多孔颗粒材料可以从废弃的烟叶梗丝中大量提取，合理地利用这些天然资源具有重要意义。导致肺癌的重要原因就是在香烟燃烧过程中产生的苯并[a]芘之类的多苯环芳香化合物(PAHS)。实验表明，在香烟过滤嘴中添加烟梗膨化多孔颗粒，可以在不减少烟气香气量的前提下降低烟气中的有害物质。
Claims (3)
1、添加多孔颗粒材料的复合滤棒，包括由多个单元段组成的复合滤芯(1)、内包裹层(2)和外包裹层(3)，其特征在于，所述复合滤芯(1)是由二醋酸纤维素丝束段(4)和添加多孔颗粒段(5)相间组合构成的圆柱状的复合过滤体，添加多孔颗粒段(5)是由二醋酸纤维素丝束中添加多孔颗粒材料制成。
2、如权利要求1所述的添加多孔颗粒材料的复合滤棒，其特征在于，所述二醋酸纤维素丝束段(4)外包裹有瓦楞纸(7)。
3、如权利要求1所述的添加多孔颗粒材料的复合滤棒，其特征在于，所述复合滤芯(1)内还设有多孔颗粒段(8)，多孔颗粒段(8)是在由二醋酸纤维素丝束段(4)和添加多孔颗粒段(5)相隔形成的空腔内直接填加多孔颗粒形成，其外围直接由外包裹层(3)包裹。
