(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种空浴式气化器装置中的零部件,具体为一种翅片换热管。
(二)背景技术
一般空浴式气化器装置中的翅片换热管,在换热管外设置翅片,低温介质在翅片换热管内与管壁以及管壁外的翅片内进行换热,总体传热系数不高,同时在其换热管管壁内一旦有污垢的形成,会使传热效率下降,一般由于污垢的存在能使运行效率下降25%左右。
(三)发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种翅片换热管,其可以大大提高低温介质与翅片换热管管壁的热交换量,从而提高了空浴式气化器的总体传热量;同时也可有效地抑制污垢的形成,确保空浴式气化器的传热效果。
其技术方案如下:其包括换热管和翅片,其特征在于:所述换热管内设置有“十”字形插入件。
其进一步特征在于:所述“十”字形插入件呈螺旋形。
将本实用新型用于空浴式气化器装置,低温介质自翅片换热管的一端流入后,分4股介质向出口端运动,由于插入件的设置,换热管内介质与管壁的换热面积大大提高,而所述“十”字形插入件呈螺旋形,使介质产生明显的弥散流动效应,在低雷诺数条件下,由于弥散流动的促进,使换热管中的介质流动转变为湍流,由于在湍流状态下其热阻最小,进一步加强了介质与换热管的热交换,而螺旋的运动方式减少了由污垢而引起传热效率的下降,从而进一步提高空浴式气化器的总体传热量。
