背景技术
托盘是企业常用的一种辅助工具，一般是木制托盘或钢制托盘，木制托盘具有强度小、易损坏、不耐酸碱、易腐烂、易燃、易细菌繁殖、易变形、使用周期短、回收价值低等特点，造成使用不方便；钢制托盘具有强度大、不易损坏等优点，但是重量大，易生锈、不卫生、不耐酸碱，实用性差，这种托盘成本相对较高。并且目前存在的托盘结构设计不合理，耗费材料，增加了成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种烟草专用田字网格式塑料托盘，符合环保要求，具有质轻、平稳、美观、整体性好、无钉无刺、无毒无味、耐酸碱、不腐烂、易清洗消毒、不助燃、无静电、无火花、防水防蛀、防爆防滑、回收价值高、可四面进叉等优点。
为达到以上目的，本实用新型在平板的的正面设有多个分布均匀、结构为方孔形状的防滑垫安装孔，在平板的背面设有一形状呈“田”字的支撑脚，所述支撑脚的四个侧壁上均设有两个长方形的叉车口，在支撑脚上还设有多个用于节省材料的方形小孔，在支撑脚中间部位设有均匀分布的四个方孔。
通过以上设置，本实用新型优化工艺配方，保证该产品能满足不同客户的需求，又保证了夏季和冬季的正常使用，提高了产品的抗冲击力；外观无飞边、无毛刺、清洁卫生、平稳、美观、整体性好、无毒无味、不腐烂、易清洗；耐酸碱腐蚀，优良耐水性±50℃内正常使用不变形；优良的防滑设计，叉车作业时，增强了货物的防滑性；四面进叉，叉车作业活动空间大，便于装卸，仓库占用面积小

如图1-4所示，本实用新型在平板1的的正面设有多个分布均匀、结构为方孔形状的防滑垫安装孔2，在平板1的背面设有一形状呈“田”字的支撑脚，所述支撑脚4的四个侧壁上均设有两个长方形的叉车口3和5，在支撑脚上还设有多个用于节省材料的方形小孔，在支撑脚1中间部位设有均匀分布的四个方孔6。本实用新型为一体式构造，材料为塑料。
