Abstract
本实用新型是折叠式板箱，由实木框架、带透气孔的胶合板、底板、螺杆、连接片、卡条、螺丝构成，其特征是，实木框架两端，设有带凹槽的圆柱、内设有带透气孔的胶合板，圆柱内设有螺杆，卡条通过圆柱凹槽将两个圆柱用螺丝紧固，两个圆柱内的上下螺杆，通过连接片和螺丝固定，箱内设有固箱底板。该折叠式板箱，具有可折叠、可拆换、安装简便、经久耐用、方便运输、抗挤压、环保等特点，是一种比较经济实用的折叠式板箱。

本实用新型涉及一种装物箱，具体地说是折叠式板箱。
背景技术：
目前，市场上用来装物品的箱，主要有纸盒箱和塑料筐箱两种。纸盒箱在装运水果时，因透气不好，水果易烂，而且在运输过程中，纸盒箱易挤变形和破损，不利反复回收下次再用；塑料筐箱在运输过程中，虽说透气性好，但受气温影响，易损坏、易变形，而且筐箱一但有点破损，下次便不能再用，空箱占地面积大，不便运输。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于，研制出一种可折叠、可拆换、安装简便，经久耐用，透气性好，抗挤压，有利空箱反复返回再用、环保、占地空间小、方便运输的折叠式板箱。其技术内容是，折叠式板箱，由实木框架、带透气孔的胶合板、底板、螺杆、连接片、卡条、螺丝构成，其特征是，实木框架两端，设有带凹槽的圆柱、内设有带透气孔的胶合板，圆柱内设有螺杆，卡条通过圆柱凹槽将两个圆柱用螺丝紧固，两个圆柱内的上下螺杆，通过连接片和螺丝固定，箱内设有固箱底板。该箱不用时，将底板拿出，然后对角既可折叠成平面板状，使用时，将箱板展开呈长方形，然后将底板放入箱内将箱形固定。本实用新型和现有技术相比其先进之处在于，折叠式板箱，具有设计合理、折叠方便、占地面积小、方便运输、抗挤压、可拆换、经济实用、环保等特点，从而克服了现有筐箱易破损，占地空间大，易变形，不利回收反复使用等不足之处。

下面结合附图对本实用新型再作进一步地描述，实木框架1两端，设有带凹槽的圆柱、内设有带透气孔的胶合板2，圆柱内设有螺杆6，卡条4通过圆柱凹槽将两个圆柱用螺丝7紧固，两个圆柱内的上下螺杆7，通过连接片3和螺丝7固定，箱内设有固箱底板5，以上便构成本实用新型。
