背景技术
为了提高人们生活品味，经常在卧室、客厅、宾馆等墙面上悬挂装饰画。该画仅有美化装饰功能，不能去除因装修造成室内空气污浊，同时，我国城镇房屋，由于建筑的密封、过度装修、人员活动等等因素影响，加剧了室内空气污染的程度。当然室内污浊空气可以通过开窗通风来缓解，但在某些地方、某些时段是无法开窗的，只有用物理吸附装置是净化室内空气的一种有效办法。当前，一种简单的方法，使用袋装活性炭粉末或竹炭粉来吸附空气中污浊成分，但影响空气自然对流，降低净化效果，同时袋装活性炭粉末容易漏出，造成室内空气二次污染。虽然市场上推出活性炭雕画能有效解决了室内空气二次污染问题，但存在制作成本高，空气穿透力差，外观色彩图案呆板，以及活化养护不便问题。
发明内容
本实用新型用于解决上述已有技术之缺陷而提供一种净化室内空气的瓷板装饰画。
本实用新型所称问题是由以下技术方案解决的：
一种净化室内空气的瓷板装饰画，由瓷板画、净化盒和净化材料组成，其特征在于：所述瓷板画背面设置一个能镶嵌净化盒横向V型槽，将装满净化材料净化盒喇叭口横向同时平行插入瓷板画背面横向V型槽内，并与瓷板画连成一体。
上述净化室内空气的瓷板装饰画，所述瓷板画为高温瓷板画(青瓷)与低温瓷板画两种(唐三彩、白瓷、陶瓷)，高温瓷烧制温度需控在1450度至1500度之间，一般以二度为宜，第一次素烧到1000度左右出窑，冷后发现漏釉可以修补，干燥后进行第二次釉烧制到1480度出窑，如哥窑的开片温度还须提高一点，制作瓷板画应撑握它的收缩率一水坯到干坯收缩率为3％，干坯到烧好收缩率为3％，制作水坯力求薄与均匀，达到轻巧、防止开裂，制作低温瓷温度略低，成品率也高；
上述净化室内空气的瓷板装饰画，所述净化盒以金属或非金属为材料并四周设置有规则气孔；
上述净化室内空气的瓷板装饰画，所述所述净化材料为竹炭颗粒或95％活性炭和5％负离子粉混合用粘合剂粘合通过挤压成小颗粒。
本实用新型的有益效果：既加速室内空气对流，提高净化功效，又以鲜艳色彩、美丽图案，达到美化装饰目的，特别适合于居室、办公室、饮食业雅座、娱乐业包间、电梯间、卫生间的室内空间使用。将装饰画的所有组成部件连成一体，从而简化了整体结构，便于生产，同时使用者也可多次调换组装。

如图1、图2和图3所示，一种净化室内空气的瓷板装饰画，由瓷板画(1)、金属净化盒(2)和95％活性炭和5％负离子粉混合用粘合剂粘合通过挤压成小颗粒的净化材料(3)组成，其特征在于：所述瓷板画背面中部设置一个能镶嵌金属净化盒(2)横向V型槽(5)和(6)，将四周设置有规则气孔(4)金属净化盒(2)喇叭口横向同时平行插入瓷板画(1)背面V型槽(5)和(6)内，并与瓷板画(1)连成一体，在金属净化盒(2)内装满95％活性炭和5％负离子粉混合用粘合剂粘合通过挤压成小颗粒的净化材料(3)。

1、一种净化室内空气的瓷板装饰画，由瓷板画、净化盒和净化材料组成，其特征在于：所述瓷板画背面设置一个能镶嵌净化盒横向V型槽，将装满净化材料净化盒喇叭口横向同时平行插入瓷板画背面横向V型槽内，并与瓷板画连成一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的净化室内空气的瓷板装饰画，其特征在于：所述瓷板画为高温瓷板画或低温瓷板画。
3、根据权利要求1所述的净化室内空气的瓷板装饰画，其特征在于：所述净化盒以金属或非金属为材料并四周设置有规则气孔。
