本实用新型公开一种一次性使用给氧吸痰管，其主要结构是：将给氧管管腔和吸痰管管腔设置在同一个管体内，该管体的一端为伸出的给氧管管头和吸痰管管头，分别连接给氧管接头和吸痰管接头，在管体另一端的两侧面各设置一个开口，一个开口与给氧管管腔相通，另一个开口与吸痰管管腔相通，管体另一端的前方为吸痰插入端开口。与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：在为病人吸痰的同时供给氧气，减轻吸痰时病人的缺氧状态，增强吸痰的安全性。

背景技术
危重病人气管内吸痰是呼吸道管理中的一个重要措施，其目的是将呼吸道分泌物及时吸出，对维持呼吸道通畅，预防和治疗肺部感染等有重要作用。现临床使用的普通吸痰管在吸痰过程中不能供氧可导致氧供中断，影响肺部氧交换功能，使血氧饱和度下降而致缺氧，出现憋气，恶心、呼吸暂停、心律失常甚至窒息死亡。为解决缺氧问题，人们常在吸痰前给患者吸入100％氧气1～2min，然后吸痰，吸痰毕再高浓度吸氧3～5min，以减轻缺氧症状。在病人气道内有痰时高浓度的氧气吸入效果不佳，肺内氧储备有限，吸痰时肺内富余氧随负压吸引被吸出，仍不能从根本上解决吸痰时缺氧的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种一次性使用给氧吸痰管，在为病人吸痰的同时供给氧气，减轻吸痰时病人的缺氧状态，增强吸痰的安全性。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的方案是：将给氧管管腔和吸痰管管腔设置在给氧吸痰管同一个管体内，该管体的一端为伸出的给氧管管头和吸痰管管头，分别连接给氧管接头和吸痰管接头，在管体另一端的两侧面各设置一个开口，一个开口与给氧管管腔相通，另一个开口与吸痰管管腔相通，管体另一端的前方为吸痰插入端开口。
本实用新型的有益效果是，给氧吸痰管从为病人吸痰开始至吸痰完毕，均能保证气道内有氧气供给，从而减轻患者吸痰时缺氧症状，提高病人的血氧饱和增加吸痰操作的安全性。克服现有的普通吸痰管不能解决吸痰时为病人的供氧问题，给氧吸痰管与普通吸痰管操作方法一致，且安全有效、简便易行，有确切的推广应用价值。，

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，将给氧管管腔8和吸痰管管腔7设置在给氧吸痰管同一个管体3内，管体3的一端为伸出的给氧管管头和吸痰管管头，分别连接给氧管接头2和吸痰管接头1，在管体3的两侧面各设置开口5和开口6，吸痰插入端开口4、开口5与吸痰管管腔7相通，开口6与给氧管管腔8相通。
本实用新型使用方法：在病人需要吸痰时，调节负压连接吸痰管接头1，氧气装置连接给氧管接头2，湿润给氧吸痰管前端测试负压力度和氧气压力，折叠吸痰管接头1使给氧吸痰管管体3为正压(给氧管接头不折叠)，将给氧吸痰管管体3插入气管内，达到一定深度松开吸痰管接头1形成负压，吸痰插入端开口4和开口5将气管内分泌物经吸痰管管腔7吸尽，此时给氧管管腔8的开口6有氧气持续流出，保证病人在吸痰时有氧气供给，避免病人缺氧。

1、一种一次性使用给氧吸痰管，其特征是：给氧管管腔(8)和吸痰管管腔(7)设置在给氧吸痰管管体(3)内，管体(3)的一端为伸出的给氧管管头和吸痰管管头，分别连接给氧管接头(2)和吸痰管接头(1)，在管体(3)的侧面设置开口(5)和开口(6)，开口(5)与吸痰管管腔(7)相通，开口(6)与给氧管管腔(8)相通，管体(3)的另一端为开口的吸痰插入端(4)。
