Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于将燃油与空气均匀混合后喷入液氮蒸发器燃烧室内燃烧的装置。
背景技术
已有的喷油器是将燃油与空气同时喷入一个小型密闭容器,依靠外界压力将空气与燃油混合后喷入液氮蒸发器燃烧室,这种结构使燃油与空气混合不均匀,进入燃烧室后不能够充分燃烧,燃烧效果差,并造成能源浪费和环境污染等一系列问题。尤其对于油田作业的液氮蒸发器来说,如何让燃油与空气充分混合、雾化良好,成为影响液氮蒸发器性能的关键技术。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种喷油器,解决已有喷油器混合不均匀、燃烧效果差、浪费能源和污染环境的问题,实现将空气与燃油充分混合后,以最佳的雾化状态喷入液氮蒸发器燃烧室,改善燃烧效果,提高液氮蒸发器的蒸发能力和经济性能。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:一种喷油器,主要由阀体、阀芯、紧固螺母、针阀、针阀座组成,在阀体内设置一个有导气孔的阀芯,阀体具有燃油通道和空气通道两个通道,燃油通道通往阀芯内腔,空气通道通往阀芯与阀体之间的腔体;针阀位于阀体内腔与针阀座之间,并且嵌在针阀座内,紧固螺母将阀体与针阀座固定在一起。所述的导气孔有三个。所述的导气孔与阀芯的径向斜度≥20°,并且≤45°。设置固定板与液氮蒸发器连接。
本实用新型与现有技术比较所具有的有益效果是:通过采用上述结构设计,空气在阀芯内腔形成旋转气流,燃油在旋转气流的作用下与空气迅速混合,最后通过针阀与针阀座的间隙以伞状发散喷出,提高了混合、雾化效果,进而能够改善油气混合物喷入液氮蒸发器燃烧室后的燃烧效果,提高液氮蒸发器的蒸发能力和经济性能。

以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明:
一种喷油器,主要由阀体1、阀芯3、紧固螺母4、针阀5、针阀座6组成,在阀体1内设置一个有导气孔7的阀芯3,阀体1具有燃油通道8和空气通道9两个通道,燃油通道8通往阀芯3内腔,空气通道9通往阀芯3与阀体1之间的腔体;针阀5位于阀体1内腔与针阀座6之间,并且嵌在针阀座6内,紧固螺母4将阀体1与针阀座6固定在一起。所述的导气孔7有三个。所述的导气孔7与阀芯3的径向斜度≥20°,并且≤45°。设置固定板2与液氮蒸发器连接。
通过固定板2将喷油器固定到液氮蒸发器上,空气经空气通道9进入阀体1与阀芯3之间的腔体,通过阀芯3上的导气孔7进入阀芯3内腔,形成漩涡状的流动气体——涡流气体。此时,涡流气体与由燃油通道8进入阀芯3内腔的燃油混合。旋转的气体打散进入阀芯3内腔的燃油,使得燃油和空气迅速混合,提高了燃油与空气的雾化程度。混合后的燃油与空气在针阀5与针阀座6的锥面作用下呈发散状态喷入液氮蒸发器燃烧室,提高了混合、雾化效果。

1.一种喷油器,主要由阀体(1)、阀芯(3)、紧固螺母(4)、针阀(5)、针阀座(6)组成,其特征在于:在阀体(1)内设置一个有导气孔(7)的阀芯(3),阀体(1)具有燃油通道(8)和空气通道(9)两个通道,燃油通道(8)通往阀芯(3)内腔,空气通道(9)通往阀芯(3)与阀体(1)之间的腔体;针阀(5)位于阀体(1)内腔与针阀座(6)之间,并且嵌在针阀座(6)内,紧固螺母(4)将阀体(1)与针阀座(6)固定在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷油器,其特征在于:所述的导气孔(7)有三个。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的喷油器,其特征在于:所述的导气孔(7)与阀芯(3)的径向斜度≥20°,并且≤45°。
