Abstract

背景技术
市售坐便器，都有一根带存水弯的粗管，大小便都经此管排出。冲洗时盆内水面都须高于此管最高点以形成虹吸，所以，即使是不多的一点小便，也要5升乃至更多的水来冲，十分浪费。小便冲水占坐便器总冲水量的大头，应作为节水的重点考虑。
实用新型内容
为克服坐便器小便冲洗水量大的缺点，本实用新型提供一种节水坐便器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种节水坐便器，由便盆、带存水弯排污管、冲水管组成，其特征是：在便盆排污口设一自动开闭阀门及带存水弯的小便细管，盆沿下设直接于自来水的喷头。
本实用新型的有益效果是：大幅节约小便冲洗用水。

具体实施方法
如图1所示，便盆1的排出口嵌入一个平面为圆形，可自动开或闭的阀门2。阀门之上的盆壁则有一水平窄长孔3。其后的接口4与带存水弯的小便管5连接，并通入大便排管出口处。阀门平时自动关闭，小便从孔3流走。扳开小便冲洗阀14，直接于自来水的喷头6向整个盆上部喷出高速细流，约0.5升水即可冲净盆壁。图2的阀门构造示意中，阀板7周围有嵌入的胶圈8，确保关闭时不漏。重锤9能使阀板可靠关闭，并且小便及冲水时不会打开，但在大便冲水的冲力和重力下能可靠开启，使大便经存水弯排走。重锤为滑环式。当阀板处在关闭位时，滑环10停在比轴11低的杠杆末端12，力矩最大，阀板关闭可靠。当阀板被冲开，杠杆末端高于轴时滑环立即滑到位置13。此时力矩大大减小，使阀板开至最大，并在水流变小时不过早关闭，但冲水结束能及时关上。这时滑环又滑回杠杆末端，阀板可靠关闭。
