背景技术:
路灯作为城市中密度最大、数量最多的市政设施之一,既提供照明的功能,还具有白天与夜晚双重景观的作用,对提升城市品位有很大的影响,更重要的是,路灯为市民创造了安全、舒适的夜晚照明环境,促进了城市活动的形成和开展。
LED路灯是一种新兴的节能、环保路灯,常用于市政建设中。由于这种路灯采用大功率LED灯作为光源,其产生的热量非常大,如不能及时、有效地将热量从LED路灯中散发出去,将大大降低LED路灯的使用寿命;而且这种路灯一般备有外罩,外罩不但不利于散热,还增加了成本。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种LED路灯,这种LED路灯能及时、有效地将热量散发出去,保证LED路灯的使用寿命,降低成本。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:一种LED路灯,包括电源箱、安装架和若干LED灯,电源箱设置在安装架上,还包括若干散热座,散热座为铝合金型材条状体,散热座底面开设有LED灯安装槽,散热座外侧面开设有若干散热槽;所述LED灯设置在LED灯安装槽内;所述若干散热座并排设置在安装架上。
所述若干散热座呈凹弧形状并排设置在安装架上。
所述若干散热座呈凸弧形状并排设置在安装架上。
所述若干散热座呈平面形状并排设置在安装架上。
所述安装架包括前支架、后支架、螺杆、螺母和电源固定件,散热座的左端通过螺丝与前支架固接,散热座的右端过螺丝与后支架固接,螺杆穿过前支架和后支架并与螺母连接,所述电源固定件固接在螺杆上,电源箱固接在电源固定件上。
还包括若干LED导热板,LED导热板通过螺丝安装在散热座的LED灯安装槽内,所述LED灯固接在LED导热板上。
还包括若干二次光学透镜,二次光学透镜嵌入散热座的LED灯安装槽下端。
还包括防水圈,该防水圈嵌入二次光学透镜的侧边。
所述散热座的左端与前支架之间设置有封块和防水片,所述散热座的右端与后支架之间设置有封块和防水片。
还包括拱形灯柱固定盖,该拱形灯柱固定盖固接在后支架上。
本实用新型有益效果为:本实用新型所述LED路灯的散热座为铝合金型材条状体,散热座底面开设有LED灯安装槽,散热座外侧面开设有若干散热槽,将LED灯设置在LED灯安装槽内,将若干散热座并排设置在安装架上,由于铝合金型材为导热性良好的材料,而且散热座外侧面开设的若干散热槽可大大增加散热座与空气的接触面积,而且无需增设外罩,因此,若干LED灯所产生的热量能及时、有效地从这种LED路灯中散发到空气中,保证了LED路灯的使用寿命,降低成本。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明:
如图1至图4所示,一种LED路灯,包括电源箱1、安装架2和若干LED灯12,电源箱1设置在安装架2上,还包括若干散热座3,散热座3为铝合金型材条状体,也可以为铝型材条状体;散热座3底面开设有LED灯安装槽16,散热座3外侧面开设有若干散热槽17;所述LED灯12设置在LED灯安装槽16内;所述若干散热座3并排设置在安装架2上,本实施例中散热座3的数量为7条。
本实施例中,所述若干散热座3呈凹弧形状并排设置在安装架2上。根据不同的LED路灯外观设计,所述若干散热座3也可以呈凸弧形状、平面形状或其它形状并排设置在安装架2上。
所述安装架2包括前支架4、后支架9、螺杆5、螺母8和电源固定件6,散热座3的左端通过螺丝与前支架4固接,散热座3的右端过螺丝与后支架9固接,螺杆5穿过前支架4和后支架9并与螺母8连接,所述电源固定件6固接在螺杆5上,电源箱1固接在电源固定件6上。这种安装架2结构简单,方便拆装。
所述LED路灯还包括若干LED导热板13,若干LED导热板13以组件形式通过螺丝安装在散热座3的LED灯安装槽16内,所述LED灯12固接在LED导热板13上。LED导热板13可起到固定LED灯12和将热量导入散热座3的作用。
所述LED路灯还包括若干二次光学透镜14,二次光学透镜14嵌入散热座3的LED灯安装槽16下端。二次光学透镜14起到配光的作用,有效地將光按要求分布到地面。
所述LED路灯还包括防水圈15,该防水圈15嵌入二次光学透镜14的侧边,防水圈15防止雨水损坏LED灯12。
所述散热座3的左端与前支架4之间设置有封块11和防水片10,所述散热座3的右端与后支架9之间设置有封块11和防水片10,这种结构可有效防止雨水流入散热槽16而LED灯12。
所述LED路灯还包括拱形灯柱固定盖7,该拱形灯柱固定盖7固接在后支架9上。拱形灯柱固定盖7和后支架9用于将LED路灯安装在灯柱上。
由于铝合金型材为导热性良好的材料,而且散热座3外侧面开设的若干散热槽16可大大增加散热座3与空气的接触面积,也无需增设外罩,因此,若干LED灯12所产生的热量能及时、有效地从LED路灯中散发到空气中,保证了LED路灯的使用寿命,降低成本。这种LED路灯采用分条式结构,即将若干条散热座3并排设置在安装架2上,再在散热座3上安装若干LED灯12,这种分条式结构可增加发光面积。另外还可以根据LED路灯的不同发光面积和不同大小规格而裁剪不同长度的散热座3,或者设置不同条数的散热座3,或者安装不同数量的LED灯12以增加LED路灯瓦数,因此,这种LED路灯的应用非常灵活多变。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的较佳实施例,故凡依本实用新型专利申请范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均包括于本实用新型专利申请范围内。

Claims (10)

1、一种LED路灯,包括电源箱(1)、安装架(2)和若干LED灯(12),电源箱(1)设置在安装架(2)上,其特征在于:还包括若干散热座(3),散热座(3)为铝合金型材条状体,散热座(3)底面开设有LED灯安装槽(16),散热座(3)外侧面开设有若干散热槽(17);所述LED灯(12)设置在LED灯安装槽(16)内;所述若干散热座(3)并排设置在安装架(2)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述若干散热座(3)呈凹弧形状并排设置在安装架(2)上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述若干散热座(3)呈凸弧形状并排设置在安装架(2)上。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述若干散热座(3)呈平面形状并排设置在安装架(2)上。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述安装架(2)包括前支架(4)、后支架(9)、螺杆(5)、螺母(8)和电源固定件(6),散热座(3)的左端通过螺丝与前支架(4)固接,散热座(3)的右端过螺丝与后支架(9)固接,螺杆(5)穿过前支架(4)和后支架(9)并与螺母(8)连接,所述电源固定件(6)固接在螺杆(5)上,电源箱(1)固接在电源固定件(6)上。
6、根据权利要求5所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:还包括若干LED导热板(13),LED导热板(13)通过螺丝安装在散热座(3)的LED灯安装槽(16)内,所述LED灯(12)固接在LED导热板(13)上。
7、根据权利要求6所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:还包括若干二次光学透镜(14),二次光学透镜(14)嵌入散热座(3)的LED灯安装槽(16)下端。
8、根据权利要求7所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:还包括防水圈(15),该防水圈(15)嵌入二次光学透镜(14)的侧边。
9、根据权利要求8所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述散热座(3)的左端与前支架(4)之间设置有封块(11)和防水片(10),所述散热座(3)的右端与后支架(9)之间设置有封块(11)和防水片(10)。
10、根据权利要求5至9任一项所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:还包括拱形灯柱固定盖(7),该拱形灯柱固定盖(7)固接在后支架(9)上。
