Abstract
一种超音波震荡加湿机,包含一个具有一个向下凹陷的水槽的机座、一个坐设在该机座上且连通该水槽的供水箱、一个坐设在该机座上且连通该水槽的喷雾管、一个设置在该机座上且相对位在该水槽的一底部处的震荡器,以及一个容置在该喷雾管中的紫外线灯具。利用容置在该喷雾管中的紫外线灯具的结构设计,于让震荡生成的水雾穿通过时,能对水雾产生高效的消毒杀菌效果,确保整体所产制出的水雾具有高纯净度品质。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种加湿机,特别是涉及一种利用超音波震荡方式将水体震荡成水雾,使水雾与外界空气热交换而汽化,以提高空气湿度的超音波震荡加湿机。
【背景技术】
在较低温、干燥的冬季气候,或暖房条件下,使得空气中的相对湿度过低时,容易对人体健康或环境空间造成直接或间接的不利影响,例如:皮肤干裂搔痒、呼吸道不适、易生静电现象(毁损电子机件)、空气品质差(尘粒飞扬)、纤维物质劣化…等。所以,在某些特殊的场所、场合中,采用加湿手段予以维持在一定的空气相对湿度条件,是非常重要的,例如:医疗机构、半导体厂或电子厂的无尘室、检验机构、博物馆或图书馆或美术馆、造纸厂或纺织厂…等。
基本上,空气加湿方法概分为蒸汽加湿与水雾加湿两种。简单来说,蒸气加湿法是将水液加热以汽化为饱和水蒸汽后,使水蒸汽直接散布、混合至空气中,以提高空气含水率,达到加湿目的;另外,水雾加湿法则是利用喷嘴或超音波震荡方式将水体震荡成水雾,使水雾与外界空气热交换而汽化,以能提高空气湿度。
以水雾加湿系统为例,其主要具有设置成本低、维护容易、节约能源、不滴水也不结露,与安全等优点。如图1所示,一般常见适用于小空间、小量加湿的超音波震荡加湿机1,是包含一个机座11、一个坐设在该机座11上的供水箱12、一个坐设在该机座11上的喷雾管13,以及一个设置在该机座11上的震荡器14。该机座11具有一个向下凹陷且连通该供水箱12与该喷雾管13的水槽111,该震荡器14是直接暴露在该水槽111的一底面处。
于使用时,将该供水箱12加满一待雾化水体,待雾化水体会向下流进入该水槽111中并与该震荡器14接触,该震荡器14再将待雾化水体震荡成为小分子水雾,所形成的水雾则会被吹送入该喷雾管13中并继续向上窜升,最后向外喷送而逸散入空气中,此后,水雾便与外界空气产生热交换而汽化,以达到空气加湿、降温的目的。
由此可知,为了不会让所生水雾对加湿后的空气品质造成不良影响,除了所补给的待雾化水体品质要求是关键外,维持该超音波震荡加湿机1的内部洁净也是很重要的。由于,该超音波震荡加湿机1于使用一段时间后,其内部容易积存水垢或滋生细菌,若未有效地予以定期清洗维护,不但会降低该超音波震荡加湿机1的水雾化效率与使用寿命,连带还会严重影响所生成的水雾品质(如生臭味),使加湿后的空气品质恶化,反而对人体健康造成威胁。因此,如何确保此类超音波震荡加湿机1能持续、稳定产制出高纯净度的水雾,是最基本的课题。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的是在于提供一种能利用紫外线消毒方式对所生成水雾进行净化,确保能稳定产制出高纯净度水雾的超音波震荡加湿机。
本实用新型的超音波震荡加湿机,包含一个具有一个向下凹陷的水槽的机座、一个坐设在该机座上且连通该水槽的供水箱、一个坐设在该机座上且连通该水槽的喷雾管、一个设置在该机座上且相对位在该水槽的一底部处的震荡器,以及一个容置在该喷雾管中的紫外线灯具。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:利用容置在该喷雾管中的紫外线灯具的结构设计,于让震荡生成的水雾穿通过时,能对水雾产生高效的消毒杀菌效果,确保整体所产制出的水雾具有高纯净度品质。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明:
在本实用新型被详细描述前,要注意的是,在以下的说明内容中,类似的元件是以相同的编号来表示。
如图2与图3所示,本实用新型的超音波震荡加湿机2的一第一较佳实施例,是能将一待雾化水体经超音波震荡后形成小分子水雾,且水雾会进一步与外界空气热交换而汽化,用以能提高空气含水率与相对湿度,达到空气加湿的目的。
该超音波震荡加湿机2包含一个具有一个向下凹陷的水槽211的机座21、一个坐设在该机座21上且连通该水槽211的供水箱22、一个坐设在该机座21上且连通该水槽211的喷雾管23、一个设置在该机座21的一表面处且局部暴露地位在该水槽211的一底面处的震荡器24,以及一个立置在该机座21上并容置在该喷雾管23中的紫外线灯具25。
其中,该供水箱22具有一个连通该水槽211的供水口221,以及一个用以控制该供水口221的启闭的弹簧式逆止阀222;由于该逆止阀222的结构与作动原理,是该技术领域中具有通常知识者所熟知,不再详述。该喷雾管23具有一个坐设在该机座21的水槽211的管座体231,该管座体231具有一个连通外界的出雾口232,以及一个连通该水槽211的进雾口233。
再者,该紫外线灯具25具有一个容置在该喷雾管23的管座体231中的透明灯罩251,以及二根容置在该灯罩251中的紫外线灯管252;当然,紫外线灯管252的数量也可以是一根,或是二根以上。该灯罩251的一外表面与该管座体231的一内管面是相配合界定出一连通该水槽211的环状水雾通道253。
于使用该超音波震荡加湿机2时,先把该待雾化水体加装入该供水箱22中,并让该逆止阀222控制该供水口221呈开启状态,使该待雾化水体能经由该供水口221向下流进入该水槽211内,该震荡器24再将该待雾化水体震荡成为小分子水雾,所形成的水雾则会经由该进雾口233而被吹送入该喷雾管23中,并继续向上窜升以穿通过该水雾通道253,此时,该紫外线灯具25所发出的紫外线辐射能会使水雾中的细菌、病毒、芽孢…等有害微生物丧失活性而致死,并能让有机物质迅速氧化分解,用以达到对水雾进行消毒杀菌的净化目的,最后,高纯净度的水雾会自该喷雾管23的出雾口232向外喷送而逸散入空气中,再与外界空气产生热交换而汽化,以达到空气加湿的目的。有关该震荡器24将该待雾化水体震荡成小分子水雾的机制原理,以及紫外线能对水雾进行杀菌、去除有机物的机理等,皆是属该技术领域中具有通常知识者所熟知,不另详述。
因此,利用于该喷雾管24容置有该紫外线灯具25的结构设计,能进一步对所生成水雾进行消毒杀菌,有效确保整体能持续、稳定地产制出高纯净度的水雾品质。
如图4所示,为本实用新型的超音波震荡加湿机2的一第二较佳实施例,与该第一较佳实施例不同处在于,该超音波震荡加湿机2的喷雾管23还具有一层将二氧化钛胶体喷涂设置在该管座体231的内管面上所形成且接触该水雾通道253的二氧化钛涂层234,而且,该紫外线灯具25还具有一层将二氧化钛胶体喷涂设置在该灯罩251的外表面上所形成且接触该水雾通道253的二氧化钛涂层254。
因此,当水雾穿经过该喷雾管23中时,该紫外线灯具25所发射紫外线辐射能不但能去除水雾中的有害微生物与有机杂质,还能激发二氧化钛涂层234、254产生光催化反应以制造出强氧化力的自由基,以更加强化水雾中所含有害微生物与有机物质的去除效果,使得水雾在紫外线与二氧化钛的双重净化作用下,能呈现出更优异的无色、无味与无菌品质。同样地,有关二氧化钛能受光激发进行光催化反应,以产生强氧化特性的机理,是属该技术领域中具有通常知识者所熟知,不再详述。
归纳上述,本实用新型的超音波震荡加湿机2,利用容置在该喷雾管23中的紫外线灯具25的结构设计,能确保整体所产制出的水雾具有高纯净度品质,所以,确实能达到本实用新型的功效。
Claims (6)
1.一种超音波震荡加湿机,包含一个具有一个向下凹陷的水槽的机座、一个坐设在该机座上且连通该水槽的供水箱、一个坐设在该机座上且连通该水槽的喷雾管,以及一个设置在该机座上且相对位在该水槽的一底部处的震荡器;其特征在于:
还包含一个容置在该喷雾管中的紫外线灯具。
2.如权利要求1所述的超音波震荡加湿机,其特征在于:该紫外线灯具具有一个容置在该喷雾管中的灯罩,以及至少一根容置在该灯罩中的紫外线灯管,该灯罩的一外表面与该喷雾管的一内管面相配合界定出一连通该机座的水槽的水雾通道。
3.如权利要求2所述的超音波震荡加湿机,其特征在于:该紫外线灯具还具有一层喷涂设置在该灯罩的外表面上且接触该水雾通道的二氧化钛涂层。
4.如权利要求3所述的超音波震荡加湿机,其特征在于:该喷雾管具有一个坐设在该机座上的管座体,以及一层喷涂设置在该管座体的一内管面上且接触该水雾通道的二氧化钛涂层。
5.如权利要求4所述的超音波震荡加湿机,其特征在于:该喷雾管的管座体具有一个出雾口,以及一个连通该机座的水槽的进雾口。
6.如权利要求5所述的超音波震荡加湿机,其特征在于:该供水箱具有一个连通该机座的水槽的供水口,以及一个用以控制该供水口的启闭的逆止阀。
