Abstract
一种激冷气压缩机气密封体，包括密封体和密封面，密封体与密封面相交的处采用为双燕尾槽配合结构，密封体的轴套上设有迷宫齿。本实用新型所将迷宫齿加工在轴套上，而密封体密封面为平面，当轴跳动时，轴的迷宫齿只会对密封体产生局部磨损，并进一步形成迷宫，减少泄露；将密封面材质改为聚醚醚酮，同时将密封体与密封面的平面结合改为双燕尾槽配合结构，有效的避免了密封材料脱落的现象。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种输送腐蚀、高温介质，高转速单级离心式压缩机所用的密封体。
背景技术
粉煤气化工艺中用于输送合成气的激冷气压缩机其输送介质具有腐蚀、高温等特点，且机组经增速后转速较高，达10500r/min。其密封体包括轴端密封、轮盖气封、平衡盘气封、气封等部件。其中密封件本体材料设计材质为铝合金，密封面设计材料为Mo、Si、Ni、A1及石墨混合体。该机组经过一段时间运行后，密封体出现腐蚀、脱落现象，并逐渐失效，导致大量合成气外泄，并直接导致生产系统停车。原密封迷宫齿设计在密封体上，转子高速运转时，其跳动将导致整个密封体的密封面磨损，从而致使密封间隙过大；密封体和密封面为平面相交，密封材料脱落的现象比较严重，相经长时间磨损后，密封失效因密封失效致使该机组平均使用周期约为25天。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使激冷气压缩机长周期稳定运行的激冷气压缩机密封体。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种激冷气压缩机气密封体，包括密封体和密封面，密封体与密封面相交的处采用为双燕尾槽配合结构，密封体的轴套上设有迷宫齿。密封体的材质变更为316L不锈钢。密封面材质为聚醚醚酮。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的结构如图1和图2所示，包括密封体1和密封面2，密封体1与密封面2相交的处采用为双燕尾槽配5合结构，密封体1的轴套3上设有迷宫齿4。密封体1密封体的材质变更为316L不锈钢。密封面2材质为聚醚醚酮。
将迷宫齿4加工在轴套3上，而密封体密封面为平面，当轴跳动时，轴的迷宫齿4只会对密封体1产生局部磨损，并进一步形成迷宫，减少泄露；将密封体的材质变更为316L不锈钢，该材料具有耐磨性能好、耐腐蚀等特点，适用于在腐蚀、高温等恶劣工作环境下运行。将密封面材质改为聚醚醚酮。同时将密封体与密封面的平面结合通过双燕尾槽5配合，有效的避免了密封材料脱落的现象。

1、一种激冷气压缩机气密封体，包括密封体(1)和密封面(2)，其特征在于：密封体(1)与密封面(2)相交的处采用为双燕尾槽(5)配合结构，密封体(1)的轴套(3)上设有迷宫齿(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的激冷气压缩机气密封体，其特征在于：密封体(1)密封体的材质为316L不锈钢。
3、根据权利要求1所述的激冷气压缩机气密封体，其特征在于：密封面(2)材质为聚醚醚酮。
