本实用新型涉及一种沼气发生器。
背景技术
目前,在我国广大农村地区推广使用的沼气发生设备——地下水压式沼气池,这种类型的沼气发生器主要是选用水泥、沙浆、砖为材料在距地面一米以下的位置建造而成,该沼气池是将各种农作物秸杆与人畜粪便按一定比例搅拌均匀装入池内,再加足一定量的水发酵后产生沼气供人们使用。此种沼气池虽不占地上面积,并装料方便,但缺点是因沼气池埋在地下,生产周期长,受地温影响,导致沼气产生较慢,产气量不足,容易爆池、漏气、结壳,且维修和出料清渣很不方便,在冬天产气量很小而逐渐被广大农民放弃使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种出料清渣方便,不爆池、不结壳,一年四季都能产气,使用方便安全的沼气发生器。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种沼气发生器,它包括贮料罐、贮气罩,贮料罐的罐体裸露置于地面上,在贮料罐一侧上设有进料管,在贮料罐下端设有排渣口,贮气罩置于贮料罐上,在贮气罩上设有出气口。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单,使用安全,维修方便,不分四季产气率高,且节能环保。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种沼气发生器,它包括贮料罐2、贮气罩3,贮料罐2的罐体裸露置于地面上,在贮料罐2一侧上设有进料管1,在贮料罐2下端设有排渣口6,贮气罩3置于贮料罐2上,在贮气罩3上设有出气口4。
本实用新型安装在贮气罐2一侧上的进料管1与贮气罐2有一定的角度,这样在进行装料时更快捷方便,贮气罩3上端用混泥土块浇注而成。当贮气罐2内的发酵原料5经过发酵产出甲烷气体使贮气罩3往上运动,用户使用沼气后,贮气罩3内的气体减少往下运动,由于贮气罩3上下运动并搅动贮料罐2内的发酵原料5,使发酵原料5不易结壳。本实用新型在冬季时,可用PVC薄膜给贮料罐2做一个日光温室,利用太阳能保证冬天也能正常产气。
