本实用新型公开了一种LED灯具,包括灯头、灯杯、LED灯泡、透镜及固定框,其特征在于所述灯杯包括一杯体,杯体一端的周边设置有若干向该端部外侧延伸的肋条,各肋条与杯体之间形成一容纳灯泡和透镜的容置空间,各肋条末端的内壁对应设置有凹槽,所述固定框的外侧壁设置有可卡入凹槽内的扣钩;本实用新型具有装配和拆卸方便、加工工序少,生产成本低的特点,并有利于提高LED灯具的散热效果。

本实用新型涉及一种装饰照明灯具。
背景技术
LED装饰灯具通常包含灯杯、透镜及固定框,透镜通过固定框安装在灯杯内,目前固定框在灯杯上的固定通常是通过螺纹连接实现的,这种固定结构不仅给灯具的安装和拆卸带来不便,而且也增加了灯具配件的加工工序,提高了灯具的生产成本。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种加工工序少、生产成本低、便于装配和拆卸的LED灯具。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种LED灯具,包括灯头、灯杯、LED灯泡、透镜及固定框,其特征在于所述灯杯包括一杯体,杯体一端的周边设置有若干向该端部外侧延伸的肋条,各肋条与杯体之间形成一容纳灯泡和透镜的容置空间,各肋条末端的内壁对应设置有凹槽,所述固定框的外侧壁设置有可卡入凹槽内的扣钩。
上述灯杯内还安装有绝缘座,所述LED灯泡安装在绝缘座内,LED灯泡与绝缘座之间安装有导热胶,绝缘座上安装有绝缘盖。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型在灯杯周边设置若干肋条,肋条末端设置有凹槽,固定框的外侧壁设置有扣钩,装配时只须将固定框的端部对准灯杯的容置空间的端口,并按压固定框,固定框的端部挤压各肋条,使各肋条向外侧产生一定的弹簧变形,从而将固定框上的扣钩卡入凹槽内,以实现灯杯与固定框的装配,采用此结构的灯具具有装配和拆卸方便、加工工序少,生产成本低的特点。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,本实用新型公开的一种LED灯具,包括灯头1、灯杯2、绝缘座3、LED灯泡4、绝缘盖5、透镜6及固定框7,其中灯头1安装在灯杯2上,该灯杯2具有一杯体21,在杯体21一端的周边设置有若干向该端部外侧延伸的肋条22,各肋条22与杯体21之间形成一容置空间23,绝缘座3安装在该容置空间23内,LED灯泡4安装在绝缘座3内,在LED灯泡4与绝缘座3之间安装有导热胶8,导热胶8可将LED灯泡在工作时产生的热量传导给灯杯,绝缘盖5安装在绝缘座3上,绝缘盖上5设置有一容LED灯泡4穿插的通孔51,通过绝缘盖5可将LED灯泡4固定在绝缘座3内,透镜6安装在绝缘盖5上的容置空间23内,通过透镜6可将LED灯泡4发出的光线折射出去。
参照图3,在各肋条22末端的内壁对应设置有凹槽24,在固定框7的外侧壁设置有可卡入各凹槽24内的扣钩71,装配时只须将固定框的端部对准灯杯的容置空间的端口,并按压固定框,固定框的端部向外挤压各肋条,使各肋条向外侧产生一定的弹簧变形,将固定框上的扣钩卡入凹槽内后肋条回缩,从而将固定框安装在灯杯上,以实现灯杯与固定框的装配,采用此结构的灯具具有装配和拆卸方便、加工工序少,生产成本低的特点,并且LED灯泡在工作过程中产生的热量不仅能通过肋条传导出去,同时还可从各肋条之间的间隙辐射出去,因而有利于提高LED灯具的散热效果。

1.一种LED灯具,包括灯头、灯杯、LED灯泡、透镜及固定框,其特征在于所述灯杯包括一杯体,杯体一端的周边设置有若干向该端部外侧延伸的肋条,各肋条与杯体之间形成一容纳灯泡和透镜的容置空间,各肋条末端的内壁对应设置有凹槽,所述固定框的外侧壁设置有可卡入凹槽内的扣钩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯具,其特征在于所述灯杯内还安装有绝缘座,所述LED灯泡安装在绝缘座内,LED灯泡与绝缘座之间安装有导热胶,绝缘座上安装有绝缘盖。
