Abstract

背景技术
现今生活中，鞋始终伴随着人们的日常生活中，一双舒适而又健康环保的鞋对于人们来说是非常需要的。可现有的鞋中底主要是由热塑性橡胶、塑料、合成橡胶等非天然材质制成的，而且该中底结构是硬质紧密的，没有疏松的透气结构，透气性不好，平衡性也较差，因此穿起来舒适感也较差，对环境容易造成污染，甚至可能导致脚的骨骼病和脚的皮肤病。

本实用新型提供一种舒适而又环保健康的鞋中底。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是这样的：一种鞋中底，从上到下依次包括叠合固定在一起的天然反绒皮、上黄麻布、软木层和下黄麻布。
上述软木层为由整体状的软木块制成。
上述软木层由软木碎颗粒和粘接剂压合而成。
上述上黄麻布与天然反绒皮之间夹设有竹碳层。
上述上黄麻布与天然反绒皮之间夹设有天然乳胶片。
采用上述方案后，本实用新型的鞋中底，最上层的天然反绒皮具有吸湿、透气的作用，此天然反绒皮跟脚接触，对脚的皮肤起到了保护作用，防止脚发生皮肤病；上黄麻布具有去湿、加固软木层的作用；软木层具有较好的弹性和透气性，舒适性较好；下黄麻布具有加固软木层的作用；综合天然反绒皮、上黄麻布、软木层和下黄麻布的作用，本实用新的鞋中底，所采用的原料皆为天然的材料，具有吸湿效果好、透气性强、弹性较好的特点，穿起来舒适又健康环保。而且本实用新型还可在上黄麻布与天然反绒皮之间夹设有竹碳层，起到调节干湿、防臭和杀菌的作用，也可在上黄麻布与天然反绒皮之间夹设有天然乳胶片，进一步提高鞋中底的弹性，从而提高鞋子的舒适性。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种鞋中底，从上到下依次包括叠合固定在一起的天然反绒皮5、竹碳层1、细黄麻布层2、软木层3和粗黄麻布层4。其中，软木层3由软木碎颗粒添加一定的粘接剂压合成型。为了达到更好的环保效果，这里的粘接剂可采用天然胶乳。本实施例的软木可采用“栓皮栎”，“栓皮栎”是栓树的茎根生长后的表面组织，此表面组织去掉表面黑皮就能使用。
本实用新型并不局限于上面所述实施例，可在竹碳层1与上黄麻布之间增加天然乳胶片，以增加弹性；也可不用竹碳层1而在天然反绒皮5与上黄麻布层2之间夹设天然乳胶片；当然，软木层3可采用其他品种的软木，也可直接采用整体状的软木块。

1、一种鞋中底，其特征在于：从上到下依次包括叠合固定在一起的天然反绒皮、上黄麻布、软木层和下黄麻布。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋中底，其特征在于：上述软木层为由整体状的软木块制成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋中底，其特征在于：上述软木层由软木碎颗粒和粘接剂压合而成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋中底，其特征在于：上述上黄麻布与天然反绒皮之间夹设有竹碳层。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋中底，其特征在于：上述上黄麻布与天然反绒皮之间夹设有天然乳胶片。
