Abstract

一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、若干导电端子及锁紧件,绝缘本体具有安装面及相对于安装面的顶面,锁紧件设置于绝缘本体,该锁紧件具有一体成型的接合部、固持部及弹性部,所述接合部位于绝缘本体的安装面一端,所述固持部固持于绝缘本体,所述弹性部突出于绝缘本体的顶面,这种结构的电连接器设置于光驱后不易产生松脱的情况,提高了该电连接器固定于光驱的稳定性。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接装置,尤其是一种可在两电子元件之间建立电性连接的电连接器。
【背景技术】
电连接器在电子领域应用非常广泛,在电子设备中之组件与组件、组件与系统、系统与系统之间都有运用,进行电气连接和讯号传递,是构成一个完整系统所必须之基础组件。
一种用于光驱的SATA(Serial Advanced Technology Attachment,串行高级技术附件)连接器,其主要是通过将设于绝缘本体两侧的锁紧件焊接于电路板来固定电连接器,从而提供机体对该电连接器的保持力,但当与该电连接器接合的对接电连接器拔除时,会对该电连接器产生一个较大的作用力,该作用力容易导致电连接器松脱。
基于所述的现有技术,确有必要对现有的电连接器进行改进。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题:提供一种电连接器,其能够稳定的固定于光驱,即使在与其相配合的对接电连接器拔除时,也不易松脱。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、若干导电端子及锁紧件,绝缘本体具有安装面及相对于安装面的顶面,锁紧件设置于绝缘本体,该锁紧件具有一体成型的接合部、固持部及弹性部,所述接合部位于绝缘本体的安装面一端,所述固持部固持于绝缘本体,所述弹性部突出于绝缘本体的顶面。
与现有技术相比,锁紧件具有弹性部,且该弹性部突出于绝缘本体的顶面,从而可抵接于光驱的机体,这样,增加了光驱机体对该电连接器的保持力,即使与该电连接器相互插合的对接电连接器拔除时,该电连接器也不易产生松脱的情况,提高了该电连接器固定于光驱的稳定性。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图2及图3,应用于光驱的电连接器100安装于电路板5,该电连接器100包括绝缘本体2、设置于该绝缘本体2的若干导电端子3及固持于绝缘本体2两端的锁紧件4,该锁紧件4焊接于电路板5。
请参阅图4、图5及图6,绝缘本体2成纵长状,其对接面26具有收容腔23,该收容腔23内设有一对呈L形的舌板24,舌板24前端设有卡槽241,该绝缘本体2还具有安装于电路板5的安装面21及相对于该安装面21的顶面22,该安装面21还设置有一对定位柱27,该定位柱27呈圆柱状,绝缘本体2两侧分别设置有用于固持锁紧件4的锁合孔25。
请参阅图7,导电端子3具有依次相连的接触段31、固持段33、转折段35及焊接段34,该接触段31分别设置于绝缘本体2的舌板24上,固持段33干涉固持于绝缘本体2内,转折段35朝向绝缘本体2的安装面21方向弯折,焊接段34用于焊接于电路板5上相应的导电垫51。该导电端子3的接触段31前端还设有卡持部32,各导电端子3之卡持部32即设置于相应的卡槽241中,可避免接触段31翘起从而影响电连接器100性能。
请参阅图8及图9,锁紧件4具有一体成型的接合部41、固持部42及弹性部43,接合部41与固持部42大致垂直,且该接合部41具有焊接面411,该焊接面411与绝缘本体2之安装面21处于同一平面,固持部42包括中间开设有纵向狭长型槽道4211的本体部421,本体部421两侧边缘设有干涉部422,该干涉部422与锁合孔25内壁干涉配合,可将该锁紧件4固持于绝缘本体2的两侧。弹性部43具有突出于绝缘本体2顶面22的弹性点432,该弹性点432弹性抵压于光驱本体600,以增加光驱对电连接器100的保持力。从本体部421纵向狭长型槽道4211的两相对侧各自延伸两相互间隔开的弹臂431,该两弹臂431先朝大致相互背离的方向延伸,之后再朝相互靠近的方向延伸并汇聚成该弹性点432,具有较好的弹性。
请参阅图1,安装时,第一步:将导电端子3设置于绝缘本体2,锁紧件4自下而上插设于绝缘本体2两侧的锁合孔25;第二步:将组装完成的电连接器100固定于电路板5,先将绝缘本体2安装面21上的定位柱27插入电路板5上的定位孔52中,再将各导电端子3的焊接段34分别焊接于电路板5上对应的导电垫51,锁紧件4的接合部41焊接于电路板5;第三步:将设置有电连接器100的电路板5固定于光驱的盖体700上,再将该盖体700组装于光驱本体600。
安装完成后,锁紧件4的弹性点432弹性抵压于光驱本体600,这样,光驱本体600可通过锁紧件4的弹性部43对电连接器100产生固持力,从而增强了光驱对电连接器100的固持效果,在对接电连接器(图未示)与电连接器100插接或拔除时,不会使电连接器100松脱,保持其固定于光驱的稳定性。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、若干导电端子及锁紧件,绝缘本体具有安装面及相对于安装面的顶面,锁紧件设置于绝缘本体,其特征在于:该锁紧件具有一体成型的接合部、固持部及弹性部,所述接合部位于绝缘本体的安装面一端,所述固持部固持于绝缘本体,所述弹性部突出于绝缘本体的顶面。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述接合部具有焊接面,该焊接面与绝缘本体之安装面处于同一平面。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体具有收容腔,该收容腔内设有舌板,所述导电端子具有接触段,所述接触段均设置于舌板上。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述舌板设为一对,各舌板呈L形。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体两侧分别设置有固持锁紧件的锁合孔,所述锁紧件的固持部与锁合孔内壁干涉配合。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性部具有突出于绝缘本体顶面的弹性点。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性点由两相互间隔开的弹臂汇交形成。
8.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的相对两侧各设置有一个锁紧件。
9.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述两弹臂先朝大致相互背离的方向延伸,之后再朝相互靠近的方向延伸并汇聚成该弹性点。
10.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述锁紧件的固持部包括中间开设有纵向狭长型槽道的本体部,本体部两侧边缘设有干涉部,从本体部纵向狭长型槽道的两相对侧各自延伸两相互间隔开的弹臂,该两弹臂先朝大致相互背离的方向延伸,之后再朝相互靠近的方向延伸并汇聚成该弹性点。
