Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种硬质棉，它由多个织物层叠合而成，所述织物层为涤纶纤维和低熔点纤维纠结而成的复合纤维层，所述的低熔点纤维为4080低熔点纤维；两种不同的纤维相互纠结而成的复合纤维层具有透气性和回弹性好的优点，多个复合纤维层叠合而成的硬质棉硬度大大增加，同时又不失舒适。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及定型棉，具体地说是一种用于床垫或坐垫作填塞料的硬质棉。
背景技术
现有的用于高档床垫、沙发垫、汽车坐垫及其他日用品的填塞用棉，多是以化纤为原料制成，相对于原有的填塞物如海绵等，具有抗老化和长久不变形的优点，但是其硬度往往不够，使用中当棉的厚度降低时使用效果不好。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种硬度增加而又不失舒适的硬质棉。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种硬质棉，它由多个织物层叠合而成，所述织物层为涤纶纤维和低熔点纤维纠结而成的复合纤维层。
所述的低熔点纤维为4080低熔点纤维。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由两种不同的纤维相互纠结而成的复合纤维层具有透气性和回弹性好的优点，多个复合纤维层叠合而成的硬质棉硬度大大增加，同时又不失舒适。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
参照图1、图2所示，一种硬质棉，它由多个织物层叠合而成，所述织物层为涤纶纤维和低熔点纤维纠结而成的复合纤维层1，所述的低熔点纤维为4080低熔点纤维；所述的4080低熔点纤维为复合皮芯纤维，主要包括三种：一种为低熔点PET纤维做皮、高熔点PET纤维做芯复合而成；一种为PP纤维做皮、PET纤维做芯复合而成；一种为PE纤维做皮、PP纤维做芯复合而成。由两种不同的纤维相互纠结而成的复合纤维层1具有透气性和回弹性好的优点，多个复合纤维层1叠合而成的硬质棉硬度大大增加，同时又不失舒适。
实际生产中，先将涤纶纤维和4080低熔点纤维置于混棉箱进行扎刺纠结，得到复合纤维层1，然后根据需要将若干层复合纤维层1叠加在一起通过热风过炉进行热压复合，使若干层复合纤维层1叠合为一体式结构，便能得到本实用新型的硬质棉。根据实际使用需要，可以制成产品规格为1cm～15cm厚度、500～4000g/平方米克重的不同规格的产品。

1、一种硬质棉，其特征在于：它由多个织物层叠合而成，所述织物层为涤纶纤维和低熔点纤维纠结而成的复合纤维层(1)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种硬质棉，其特征在于，所述的低熔点纤维为4080低熔点纤维。
