一种塑钢门窗调节滑轮，包括轴孔内安装有滚针轴承的滚轮、安装座架，其特征是它还有一个调节架，滚轮由滚轮轴安装在调节架两侧边之间，调节架一横端边下端由连接轴活动安装在安装座架两侧边之间，距离安装座架近端横端边的距离大于调节架横端边的高度，在安装座架近端横端边、与安装座架相连接的调节架横端边上分别开有对应的调节孔，由调节螺杆依次穿过调节孔后旋入螺母活动连接。通过调节螺杆可随意调节滚轮的高度，采用轴孔内装有滚针轴承的滚轮，推拉灵活，安装使用方便。

本实用新型涉及一种建筑门窗的部件，特别是一种塑钢门窗调节滑轮。
背景技术
目前，塑钢推拉门窗使用的滑轮推拉不够灵活，高度无法调节或调节麻烦，安装使用不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足之处，而提供一种推拉灵活，高度可随意调节，安装使用方便的塑钢门窗调节滑轮。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：塑钢门窗调节滑轮包括轴孔内安装有滚针轴承的滚轮、安装座架，其特征是它还有一个调节架，滚轮由滚轮轴安装在调节架两侧边之间，调节架一横端边下端由连接轴活动安装在安装座架两侧边之间，距离安装座架近端横端边的距离大于调节架横端边的高度，在安装座架近端横端边、与安装座架相连接的调节架横端边上分别开有对应的调节孔，由调节螺杆依次穿过调节孔后旋入螺母活动连接。
本实用新型由于采用以上设计，通过调节螺杆可随意调节滚轮的高度，采用轴孔内装有滚针轴承的滚轮，推拉灵活，安装使用方便。

具体实施方式
现结合附图所示实施例对本实用新型作出详细说明。
如图1所示，塑钢门窗调节滑轮包括轴孔内安装有滚针轴承1的滚轮2、U型安装座架3，滚轮2由滚轮轴4安装在U型调节架5两侧边之间，调节架5横端边下端向外卷曲成轴管孔，由连接轴6穿过轴管孔活动安装在安装座架3靠近横端边部位的两侧边之间，距离安装座架3横端边的距离大于调节架5横端边的高度，在安装座架3、调节架5的横端边上分别开有对应的调节孔7、8，由调节螺杆9依次穿过调节孔7、8后旋入方螺母10活动连接，为防止滚动，滚轮轴4、连接轴6一端分别设有铆齿，安装座架3上有固定孔11。
如图2所示，双轮结构中，仅在两滚轮两侧边分别加装连接片12后再安装在调节架两侧边之间，其它同单轮结构。

1、一种塑钢门窗调节滑轮，包括轴孔内安装有滚针轴承(1)的滚轮(2)、安装座架(3)，其特征是它还有一个调节架(5)，滚轮(2)由滚轮轴(4)安装在调节架(5)两侧边之间，调节架(5)一横端边下端由连接轴(6)活动安装在安装座架(3)两侧边之间，距离安装座架(3)近端横端边的距离大于调节架(5)横端边的高度，在安装座架(3)近端横端边、与安装座架(3)相连接的调节架(5)横端边上分别开有对应的调节孔(7)、(8)，由调节螺杆(9)依次穿过调节孔(7)、(8)后旋入螺母(10)活动连接。
