为使产品具有各种形象的外观表面，产品表面涂装有一个漆层，漆层是涂装在各种塑料、塑胶材料制成的外壳表面，然而，漆层色泽暗淡，硬度低，产品外表不美观。另外，漆层在经过外物摩擦、碰撞后，漆层易被磨损、擦破，漆层易脱落，影响外观。

本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足提供一种UV复合保护膜，它使产品表面具有高光泽度和高丰满度，同时使漆层及产品表面不易被磨损或擦伤。

具体实施方式：
一种UV复合保护膜，见附图1，它包括底漆层1和UV光油层2，底漆层1用于附着在产品表面，如电视机、平板电视机、液晶显示器等产品的外壳，或者附着在其它家电类产品中由各种塑料、塑胶或金属类材料制成的外壳，底漆层1有两个作用，一是作为产品表外观的底色，二是用于填平产品表面。
UV光油层2附着在底漆层1上，UV光油层2中的UV光油主要由齐聚物、活性稀释剂、光引发剂及其他助剂组成。UV光油层2经过紫外线灯照射，只需几秒种即能够固化，生产速度快，能快速批量生产。
UV光油层2具有较强的耐摩擦性、耐腐蚀性和韧性，使产品具有更好的耐酸、耐汽油性能，增加产品的表面硬度，且UV光油层2性质稳定，UV光油层2能够保护底漆层1和产品的外观表面，使底漆层1和产品表面不易老化或被擦伤。
另外，UV光油层2为透明的材料层，通过UV光油层2能够观察到底漆层1的色彩，不影响产品的外观，而且，UV光油层2还具有强光泽度和高丰满度，UV光油层2的光泽度大于90°，UV光油层2能够使产品外观更加美观、艳丽，不古板。
