Abstract

背景技术
现有市场上的内平开窗固定纱窗结构形式有：1、卡骑式，其缺陷在于：纱窗卡在边框悬臂外，而且外露，影响美观；2、合页连接式，其缺陷在于：纱窗安装在边框上，纱框也可看到，安装不方便，影响美观。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于：提供一种安装方便，节省材料，隐形固定纱网结构。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种内开窗隐框固定纱窗结构，包含有边框和窗扇，其重点在于：边框中部连接有与窗扇相抵靠的中腔胶条，边框外侧延伸有边框悬臂，该中腔胶条与边框悬臂之间形成有容置空间，纱框固定于边框上并容置于中腔胶条与边框悬臂之间形成的容置空间内；纱网紧贴于边框悬臂，纱框通过螺钉固定于边框上；窗扇上连接有扇玻璃胶条，关闭窗扇，该扇玻璃胶条抵靠于该边框悬臂上。
本实用新型的采用上述技术方案的有益效果是：
1、由于把传统明框纱框结合特殊的边框与窗扇结构，巧妙的隐藏在内开窗边框臂内，实现固定隐框纱窗，实属行业首创。
2、由于固定纱窗工艺简单，成本低廉，实用方便，而且简洁美观。
3、窗扇具有隐框功能外，玻璃内外采用结构胶粘结形式，玻璃缝隙采用密封胶条遮挡与密封。

如图1所示，其为内开窗时的隐形固定纱窗结构的横向剖视图，边框1中部连接有与窗扇2相抵靠的中腔胶条3，边框1外侧延伸有边框悬臂5，该中腔胶条3与边框悬臂5之间形成有容置空间，纱框4用螺丝8固定于边框1上，纱框4容置于中腔胶条3与边框悬臂5之间形成的容置空间内，纱网紧贴于边框悬臂。窗扇1外侧连接有扇玻璃胶条6，窗扇2关闭时，纱网7在扇玻璃胶条6与边框悬臂5中间，窗扇玻璃胶条6起到遮挡扇玻璃缝隙的作用和与边框密封的功能。窗扇关闭后纱框是隐形状态，窗扇打开时纱框藏在中腔胶条与边框之间，纱网起到防蚊防虫防尘的功能。此种结构安装拆卸方便快捷，节约成本，美观大方。
综上所述，本实用新型内开窗隐框固定纱窗结构，结构新颖、美观大方，在使用目的上、效能上、进步性及新颖性上，其具有的实用进步性，已符合新型专利法所强调的功能增进及实用要件，本实用新型以上的实施说明及附图所示，为本实用新型较佳实施例之一，并非以此局限本实用新型，是以，举凡与本实用新型的构造、装置、特征等近似、雷同者，均应属本实用新型的创设目的及申请专利范围之内。

1、一种内开窗隐框固定纱窗结构，包含有边框和窗扇，其特征在于：边框中部连接有与窗扇相抵靠的中腔胶条，边框外侧延伸有边框悬臂，该中腔胶条与边框悬臂之间形成有容置空间，纱框固定于中腔胶条与边框悬臂之间形成的容置空间内，纱网紧贴于边框悬臂。
2、如权利要求1所述的内开窗隐框固定纱窗结构，其特征在于：纱框通过螺钉固定于边框上。
3、如权利要求1所述的内开窗隐框固定纱窗结构，其特征在于：窗扇上连接有扇玻璃胶条，关闭窗扇，该扇玻璃胶条抵靠于该边框悬臂上。
