本实用新型为一种农业机械，具体为一种小型山地免耕播种机。
背景技术
目前国内外大中型播种机技术比较成熟，但受其体积、转弯半径和配套动力等因素的制约，不适合山地小地块作业。而实际生产中使用的各种小型播种机，由于功能单一，后续作业工序较多，很难完成山地免耕播种作业的要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有大中小型播种机不适合山地小地块作业和功能单一的缺点，本实用新型提供的播种机能够实现免耕深松、深施化肥、湿土覆盖、种肥垂直分层种施、多种化肥多种作物同时深施和播种、地面前后左右倾斜仿形和覆土镇压等功能。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种小型山地免耕播种机，包括链条、销孔、挂接板、播深调节丝杆、地轮梁架、地轮、链轮、开沟器、主梁架、弹簧、镇压轮、肥箱、种箱、链轮、调节手轮、排种器、排肥器、接种杯、排肥管、排种管，其特征在于：开沟器挂接板为U形槽式，挂接板通过销孔与拖拉机挂结盒联结，地轮梁架与主梁架铰接，种箱、肥箱通过隔板分成格状，每个开沟器后设置一镇压轮。
本实用新型优化开沟器形状和参数，使开沟器迅速入土开沟。土层从下到上顺序回落覆盖，实现种肥垂直分层种施，施肥深度10-11cm，种肥土壤间层4-5cm，播种深度5—6cm。种子在沟底呈条状分布，苗幅宽度4-5cm，避免传统开沟器“出苗一条线”的弊端。采用多功能排种器，可以播种小麦、苜蓿、玉米等作物，可以同时播种多种作物、深施多种化肥；拖拉机与播种机挂接可实现播种机地面前后左右仿形；开沟器挂接板为U形槽式，实现单个开沟器间的播深一致性调整和所有开沟器的播深调节。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以方便地与小动力机结合，适应小地块作业，操作简单、控制灵活。

具体实施方式
播种机挂接板3通过销孔2与拖拉机挂结盒联结，利用挂接板上的U型孔以及挂接板与拖拉机挂接盒之间的间隙，可以实现播种机的地面前后左右仿形。开沟器9通过U型槽均布安装在前后主梁上，开沟器在U型槽内可上下调节，以实现开沟器间的播深一致性调节。地轮梁架5与主梁架9铰接，通过播深调节丝杆4可以调节播种深度。开沟器能迅速破茬入土开沟，土层从下到上顺序回落覆土，实现种肥垂直分层种施，保证种肥土壤间层。每个开沟器后设置一镇压轮11，在正常作业中，镇压轮在拉簧10作用下始终对地面有压力，镇压土壤。种箱13、肥箱12通过隔板分成格状，盛装不同的种子和化肥，可以同时播种多种作物、深施多种化肥；地轮轴链轮7通过链条1驱动排种、排肥轴。通过手轮15调节箱底的多功能排种器16和排肥器17的工作槽轮有效长度，调节排种、排肥量以及适应种子的类型。每个排种排肥器配置有一个插板，可以改变行距。

1.一种小型山地免耕播种机，包括链条、销孔、挂接板、播深调节丝杆、地轮梁架、地轮、链轮、开沟器、主梁架、弹簧、镇压轮、肥箱、种箱、链轮、调节手轮、排种器、排肥器、接种杯、排肥管、排种管，其特征在于：开沟器挂接板为U形槽式，挂接板通过销孔与拖拉机挂结盒联结，每个开沟器后设置一镇压轮。
