本实用新型涉及MH-Ni电池组,特别是一种MH-Ni电池组的保护装置。
背景技术:
目前,一般的MH-Ni电池组的组合只是把单只电池串联或并联,然后引出正负引线。由于电池排放比较集中,在充电时,由于电池发热,当温度超过55℃时,易引起电池温度急剧上升,从而对电池造成破坏;当电池放电时,如果外部线路发生短路,也会使电池超高倍率放电,从而对电池造成损害。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是设计一种可以有效提供在MH-Ni电池组充、放电时对电池组保护的装置。本实用新型的技术方案是,一种MH-Ni电池组的保护装置,它包括MH-Ni电池组,其特征在于:在电池组的充电电路中连接有温度开关,在放电电路中连接有自复保险丝。本实用新型结构简单,使用安全,可有效避免MH-Ni电池组在充、放电时由于发热和外部短路对电池组造成的损害。

具体实施方式:
结合附图详细描述实施例,a是充电电路,b是放电电路,本实用新型在MH-Ni电池组2的充电电路中连接有温度开关1,在放电电路中连接有自复保险丝3。在充电时,当电池温度达到55℃左右时,温度开关自动断开,使电池组的温度得到控制,当温度降低后,温度开关自动接通,又能对电池组继续充电。在放电时,当外部线路短路时,自复保险丝会自动断开,从而切断电池组的供电,当外部线路正常后,自复保险丝会自动恢复,又能提供正常放电。本实用新型可有效避免MH-Ni电池组在充、放电时由于发热和外部短路对电池组造成的损害。
