Abstract

一种热管集热器的联结结构,将用于插入热管冷凝段的导热插套通过铸铝的方式浇铸或压铸而并联联结在集热器流道上。导热插套可以用紫铜管或铝管等导热性能较好的材料预制,也可以不预制而直接在铸铝件上通过模具直接浇铸或压铸成型。为了使导热插套与和热管冷凝段的结合更紧密,进一步提高热传导效率,还可以将热管冷凝段和导热插套制成同样的锥形结构,这样热管冷凝段和导热插套可以通过集热管尾部的可调尾座的调节实现零间隙接触,提高热传导效率。由于这种结构的热管集热器简化了工艺,所以便于实现机械化生产;并且由于导热插套不需要插入流道中间而实现了较好的热传导,所以还可以减小流道的直径降低材料成本。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热利用技术,尤其是一种热管集热器的联结结构的改进技术。
技术背景:
太阳能与建筑一体化已经越来越迫切,所以分体式太阳能的需求也不断增加,分体式太阳能用在建筑一体化上将被广泛接受,分体式太阳能的集热器,尤其是应用热管的集热器,因为能承压运行、抗冻和耐空晒、不易爆管等优异性能将得到普及。
现有的热管集热器模块结构中,其热管与流道的联结方式主要有以下几种:第一种是直接将热管插入流道中用胶圈密封的联结;第二种是将用于传导热管热能的导热插套焊在流道上,热管插入导热插套的连结,例如专利号为200420107483.7的连结结构;第三种是将流道与热管通过螺纹实现管板压接的连结,例如专利号为200720172890.X的连结结构。这三种结构都较好地解决了热管与流道的联结,实现了热管的高集热效率的利用。但这几种方式有的故障率高,有的工艺复杂,有的生产效率低下,又很难实现机械化制作的缺点,导致热管集热器生产成本的提高。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种热管集热器的新结构,使热管集热器在保证高效集热的同时,能在热管集热器制造中简化工艺,更便于实现机械化操作,同时大幅度降低热管集热器的材料成本。
本实用新型是通过以下技术实现的:
一种由支架、保温盒、流道、导热套、热管真空管部件和可调围座构成的热管集热模块结构,将用于插入热管冷凝段的导热插套通过铸铝的方式浇铸或压铸而并联联结在集热器流道上。导热插套可以用紫铜管或铝管等导热性能较好的材料预制,也可以不预制而直接在铸铝件上通过模具直接浇铸或压铸成型。为了使导热插套与和热管冷凝段的结合更紧密,进一步提高热传导效率,还可以将热管冷凝段和导热插套制成同样的锥形结构,这样热管冷凝段和导热插套可以通过集热管尾部的可调尾座的调节实现零间隙接触,提高热传导效率。由于这种结构的热管集热器简化了工艺,所以便于实现机械化生产;并且由于导热插套不需要插入流道中间而实现了较好的热传导,所以还可以减小流道的直径降低材料成本。

将预制的与热管冷凝段1匹配的导热插套2通过铸铝件3浇铸或压铸并联联结在集热器流道4上。导热插套2可以用紫铜管或铝管等导热性能较好的材料预制,也可以不预制而直接在铸铝件3上通过模具直接浇铸或压铸成型。为了使导热插套2与热管冷凝段1的结合更紧密,进一步提高热传导效率,还可以将热管冷凝段1和导热插套2制成同样的锥形结构,这样热管冷凝段1和导热插套2可以通过集热管尾部的可调尾座的调节实现零间隙接触,提高热传导效率。由于这种结构的热管集热器简化了工艺,所以便于实现机械化生产;并且由于导热插套不需要插入流道中间而实现了较好的热传导,所以还可以减小流道的直径降低材料成本。

1、一种由支架、保温盒、流道、导热套、热管真空管部件和可调围座构成的热管集热器的联结结构,其特征在于将用于插入热管冷凝段的导热插套通过铸铝的方式浇铸或压铸而并联联结在集热器流道上。
2、如权利要求1所述的热管集热模块联结结构,导热插套可以用紫铜管或铝管等导热性能较好的材料预制,也可以不预制而直接在铸铝件上通过模具直接浇铸或压铸成型。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的热管集热模块联结结构,还可以将热管冷凝段和导热插套制成同样的锥形结构。
