【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种射频同轴连接器,尤其是关于该射频同轴连接器的绝缘壳体。
【背景技术】
中国专利公开第CN1835299号揭示了一种射频同轴连接器,其包括金属壳体、收容于金属壳体内的绝缘体、收容于绝缘体内的中心端子、及一体成型于金属壳体一端的绝缘壳体。
现有技术中金属壳体同时起到与对接连接器的机械连接及电性连接,一般机械配合都采用螺纹或者卡扣等连接方式,该等连接方式需要金属壳体采用铸造成型或者金属棒(管)车销成型,所以金属壳体需要使用大量的金属材料,从而生产成本较高。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种射频同轴连接器,其可以减少金属材料的使用量。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种射频同轴连接器,其包括金属壳体、设置于金属壳体外的绝缘壳体、设置于金属壳体内的绝缘体、固持于绝缘体内的中心端子,所述绝缘壳体向对接连接器方向延伸超出金属壳体,其超出部分可与对接连接器机械连接,所述金属壳体与对接连接器接地连接。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型采用绝缘壳体与对接连接器进行机械连接,因此金属壳体的长度及壁厚可以减小,从而金属壳体的金属材料的使用量较少,进而生产成本较低。

【具体实施方式】
如图1至4所示,符合本实用新型的一种射频同轴连接器100与线缆200相电性连接。所述射频同轴连接器100包括金属壳体10、设置于金属壳体10外的绝缘壳体20、设置于金属壳体10内的绝缘体30、及设置于绝缘体30内的中心端子40。
所述金属壳体10是拉深成型,从而金属壳体10的壁厚比现有技术中的金属壳体(未图示)的壁厚要薄。所述金属壳体10包括可与对接连接器(未图示)接地连接的对接部11、与线缆200接地连接的线缆安装部12、及连接对接部11与线缆安装部12的连接部13。所述连接部13的直径大于线缆安装部12的直径,从而在线缆安装部12与连接部相结合处形成有第一台阶面14,所述第一台阶面14上设有若干连接通孔15。所述对接部11的直径大于连接部13的直径,从而在对接部11与连接部13相结合处形成第二台阶面16,当与对接连接器配合后,对接连接器的外导体抵压在第二台阶面16上。
所述线缆200包括中心导线201、包覆于中心导线201外侧的绝缘层202、包覆于绝缘层202外侧的导电编织层203、及包覆于导电编织层203外的外壳204。
所述线缆200穿过金属壳体10的线缆安装部12,所述线缆200的中心导线201与中心端子40相电性连接,所述导电编织层203与线缆安装部12电性连接。
所述绝缘体30与绝缘壳体20一体成型于金属壳体10上,所述绝缘体30与绝缘壳体20通过第一台阶面14上的连接通孔15连接成一体。当然绝缘体30也可以单独制造出来再组装到金属壳体10内,绝缘壳体20一体成型在金属壳体10的外部或者将金属壳体10安装在成型好的绝缘壳体20内,此时绝缘壳体20与绝缘体30是分离设置,从而第一台阶面14或者金属壳体10的其他地方不用设置连接通孔15。
所述绝缘壳体20向对接连接器方向延伸超出金属壳体10,其超出部分可与对接连接器机械配合,其超出部分外侧可设有螺纹(未标号)或者卡扣凸块(未图示),从而与对接连接器实现螺纹配合或者卡扣配合或者其他方式的机械配合,所述绝缘壳体20还设有法兰部21,所述射频同轴连接器100可以通过法兰部21连接到外部设备(未图示)上。因绝缘壳体20延伸超出金属壳体10的部分与对接连接器进行机械配合,从而金属壳体10的长度可以设计成比现有技术中金属壳体长度要短。
采用本实用新型射频同轴连接器100,因为采用绝缘壳体20与对接连接器进行机械连接,因此金属壳体10的长度及壁厚可以减小,从而金属壳体10的金属材料的使用量较少,进而生产成本较低。

Claims (8)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种射频同轴连接器,其包括金属壳体、设置于金属壳体外的绝缘壳体、设置于金属壳体内的绝缘体、固持于绝缘体内的中心端子,其特征在于:所述绝缘壳体向对接连接器方向延伸超出金属壳体,其超出部分可与对接连接器机械连接,所述金属壳体与对接连接器电性连接。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘壳体上设有法兰部,所述射频同轴连接器可通过法兰部安装在外部设备上。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述金属壳体设有与对接连接器接地连接的对接部、与线缆接地连接的线缆安装部、及连接对接部与线缆安装部的连接部。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求3所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述连接部的直径大于线缆安装部的直径,连接部与线缆安装部相结合处形成有第一台阶面。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求3所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述对接部的直径大于连接部的直径,连接部与对接部相结合处形成有第二台阶面,所述射频同轴连接器与对接连接器配合后,对接连接器的外导体抵压在第二台阶面上。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求3所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述线缆设有中心导线及导电编织层,所述中心导线与中心端子电性连接,所述导电编织层与金属壳体的线缆安装部电性连接。
  7. 【权利要求7】如权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述射频同轴连接器与对接连接器的机械连接是采用螺纹或者卡扣实现。
  8. 【权利要求8】如权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述金属壳体是拉深成型。
