技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种农作物收获工具，特别是新型不对行距玉米摘穗台。
背景技术
目前玉米收获的机械化是迫在眉睫的一项工作，近几年来在农业机械化促进法和国家“两减免三补贴”的重要支农惠农政策的支持下，玉米收获机械化的推广得到了广大种植户的普遍拥护。近两、三年来，玉米收获机械的推广有了大幅度提高，全国玉米机收面积也得到了大大提高。传统摘穗台两摘穗部件之间最小距离为500毫米，不仅重量大，结构复杂，而且要求收获玉米果穗时要进行对行收割，工作面窄，使用不够方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型不对行距玉米摘穗台，其结构简单、紧凑，重量轻，收获玉米果穗时可实现不对行距收割作业，工作面宽，使用方便。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种新型不对行距玉米摘穗台，包括悬挂架，其后部分别装有传动装置以及果穗横向输送绞龙，悬挂架的前部水平均布设置着彼此间隔布置的摘穗装置，摘穗装置与果穗横向输送绞龙相互垂直，相邻摘穗装置之间的间距为250—350mm，水平设置在摘穗装置摘穗板下方的果穗输送链外周缘上间隔均布设置着水平布置的拨穗齿，拨穗齿分别从各摘穗板的同一侧边向外水平伸出。
本实用新型相邻摘穗装置之间的间距为250—350mm，这样能够使得整机结构紧凑，减轻重量。另外，果穗输送链外周缘上间隔均布设置着水平布置的拨穗齿，拨穗齿分别从各摘穗板的同一侧边向外水平伸出使用时，实现了单作用拨穗作业方式，改变了传统摘穗台的双面拨穗作业模式，简化了结构。使用时，将其安装在整机前方，摘穗台与整机呈T形横向对称布置，升运器的进口连接着摘穗台后部输送搅龙的出料口，在玉米收割时可实现类似理发推子式的不对行收割，切实解决了以前传统摘穗台要求对行收割的模式，其结构紧凑，布局合理，造价低。本实用新型大大扩大了玉米收割机对于不同地区，不同品种，不同种植模式的适用性和通用性，同时可以与新疆-3、新疆-4、新疆-5、迪尔3518、3316、3080型多种收割机配套作业，完成对玉米的摘穗作业。

具体实施方式
一种新型不对行距玉米摘穗台，如图1、图2所示，包括悬挂架1，其后部分别装有传动装置10以及果穗横向输送绞龙3，悬挂架1的前部水平均布设置着彼此间隔布置的摘穗装置，所说的摘穗装置为7—8个。摘穗装置与果穗横向输送绞龙3相互垂直，相邻摘穗装置之间的间距为250—350mm，这样，在收割时就可达到类似理发推子式的无行距收割效果。水平设置在摘穗装置摘穗板7下方的果穗输送链6外周缘上间隔均布设置着水平布置的拨穗齿4，拨穗齿4分别从各摘穗板7的同一侧边向外水平伸出。
在悬挂架1的后部左、右两侧分别设置着动力输入传动链条，动力输入链条分别安装在两只转动轴2上，两条传动链条均与所说的传动装置10动力输入轴传动相连。
工作时，玉米茎杆在分禾器5作用下进入螺旋导锥头，在导锥的作用下送入拉茎辊9。在拉茎辊9强有力及快速的强制拉力下，玉米茎杆被迅速拉下，由于摘穗板7的作用，果穗被摘下，由果穗输送链6上的拨穗齿4送至横向输送搅龙3输送至升运器。

1、一种新型不对行距玉米摘穗台，包括悬挂架(1)，其后部分别装有传动装置(10)以及果穗横向输送绞龙(3)，悬挂架(1)的前部水平均布设置着彼此间隔布置的摘穗装置，摘穗装置与果穗横向输送绞龙(3)相互垂直，其特征是：相邻摘穗装置之间的间距为250—350mm，水平设置在摘穗装置摘穗板(7)下方的果穗输送链(6)外周缘上间隔均布设置着水平布置的拨穗齿(4)，拨穗齿(4)分别从各摘穗板(7)的同一侧边向外水平伸出。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型不对行距玉米摘穗台，其特征是：所说的摘穗装置为7—8个。
3、根据权利要求1所述的新型不对行距玉米摘穗台，其特征是：在悬挂架(1)的后部左、右两侧分别设置着动力输入传动链条，两条传动链条均与所说的传动装置(10)动力输入轴传动相连。
