Abstract

本实用新型提供一种可调照射角度的LED室外照明灯具,它由LED灯头和可调节照射角度的支架两个部分所组成,LED灯头包括:灯头封盖、透光玻璃、表面镀铬的凹凸形反光组合体灯盘、环形布阵的LED灯组、供电控制器以及灯头外壳等部件,它通过灯体支架连接结构的可调性,可以调整灯具的照射方向,其可调范围从水平方向到垂直方向,可在90°范围内任意调整。其灯头部分设计的表面镀铬,凹凸形反光组合体灯盘又可将LED灯组的照度和均匀度明显改善。

Description

可调照射角度的LED室外照明灯具
技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种具有可调照射角度的LED室外照明灯具。
技术背景:LED作为一种高效节能的新光源,当今已被广泛应用于室内外照明灯具。然而室外照明的灯具中一般都是采用将其固定安装在灯杆上,按照一个固定角度照明,因而局限了灯具的照射适用范围。
发明内容:本实用新型就是提供一种可以调整照射角度的LED室外照明灯具,其可调范围从水平方向到垂直方向,可在90°的范围内任意调整。为了提高灯光照射的均匀度,本实用新型的LED灯头中还设计了一种表面镀铬的凹凸形反光组合体灯盘,使LED所发出的灯光受到多角度的反射,从而提高灯具的照度和均匀度。
本实用新型由LED灯头和可调节支架两个部分所组成。LED灯头包括:表面镀铬的凹凸形反光组合体灯盘、环型布阵的LED灯组以及供电控制器、灯头外壳、透光玻璃、密封圈等。环形布阵的LED灯组固定在凹凸形反光组合体灯盘上,其电源插头与供电控制器相连接,然后用螺丝将其固定在灯头外壳上。灯头的封盖上装有与LED灯盘位置相对应的透光玻璃,灯头封盖与透光玻璃及灯头外壳之间分别用硅胶圈相密封。
LED灯头上装有一个可调照射角度的支架,支架与LED灯头相连接的部位中装有高弹性的金属垫圈,从而保证灯头调整后角度的稳定性。在灯头支架的端面固定孔上用螺丝与灯杆相固定。

具体实施方法:
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明:
如图1所示,本实用新型由LED灯头和可调照射角度的灯头支架两个部分所组成。如图2所示,将LED灯具部件分解开来,它包括:灯头封盖(1)、硅胶密封圈(2)、透光玻璃(3)、表面镀铬的凹凸形反光组合体灯盘(4)、环形布阵的LED灯组(5)、灯头外壳(6)、供电控制器(7)、可调照射角度的灯头支架(8)、支架与灯头的连接结构(9)。
环形布阵的LED灯组(5)是与表面镀铬的凹凸形反光组合体灯盘(4)相互连接安装在一起的,其电源是由供电控制器(7)向其输出的。供电控制器(7)安装在灯头外壳(6)的底部,它将外部输入的电源(太阳能光伏组件产生的12V直流电、或市电220V的交流电)控制为LED灯组设计需要的恒流驱动值,供LED灯组(5)工作使用;上述部件安装固定之后,将灯头封盖(1)、透光玻璃(3)依次安装在灯头外壳(6)上,相互间分别用硅胶密封圈(2)进行密封(防水、防尘)。如图3所示,本实用新型的表面镀铬的反光组合体灯盘(4)的四边和环形布阵的LED灯组(5)的圆周上遍布了凹凸形反光体(10),相互结合而成一个反光组合体,将LED灯组发出的灯光多角度的反射,从而提高灯具的照度和光的均匀度。
可调灯具照射角度的灯头支架,与LED灯头的连接结构(9)其间安装有高弹性的金属垫圈(图中未标出),从而保证灯头调整后角度的稳定性。在灯头支架(8)端面的固定孔上用螺丝与灯杆相固定。
如图4所示,本实用新型通过灯体支架与灯具的连接结构之可调性,可以调整灯具的照射方向,其可调范围从水平方向到垂直方向,可在90°的范围内任意调整。
本实用新型的优点是:提供了一种可调照射角度的室外新型LED灯具,其灯头中设计的表面镀铬、凹凸型反光组合体的灯盘又可将LED灯组的照度和均匀度明显改善。

Claims (3)

1.一种可调照射角度的LED室外照明灯具,其特征是:它由LED灯头和可调照射角度的灯头支架两个部分所组成;LED灯头包括:灯头封盖(1)、硅胶密封圈(2)、透光玻璃(3)、表面镀铬的凹凸形反光组合体灯盘(4)、环形布阵的LED灯组(5)、灯头外壳(6)、供电控制器(7)、可调照射角度的灯头支架(8)、支架与灯头的连接结构(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所提供的可调照射角度的LED室外照明灯具,其特征是:环形布阵的LED灯组(5)是与表面镀铬的凹凸形反光组合体灯盘(4)相互连接安装在一起的,其电源是由供电控制器(7)向其输出的;供电控制器(7)安装在灯头外壳(6)的底部,它将外部输入的电源(太阳能光伏组件产生的12V直流电、或市电220V的交流电)控制为LED灯组设计需要的恒流驱动值,供LED灯组(5)工作使用;上述部件安装固定之后,将灯头封盖(1)、透光玻璃(3)依次安装在灯头外壳(6)上,相互间分别用硅胶密封圈(2)进行密封(防水、防尘);表面镀铬的反光组合体灯盘(4)的四边和环形布阵的LED灯组(5)的圆周上遍布了凹凸形反光体(10),相互结合而成一个反光组合体,将LED灯组发出的灯光多角度的反射。
3.根据权利要求1所提供的可调照射角度的LED室外照明灯具,其特征是:可调灯具照射角度的灯头支架,与LED灯头的连接结构(9)其间安装有高弹性的金属垫圈(图中未标出),从而保证灯头调整后角度的稳定性;在灯头支架(8)端面的固定孔上用螺丝与灯杆相固定;通过灯体支架与灯具的连接结构之可调性,可以调整灯具的照射方向,其可调范围从水平方向到垂直方向,可在900的范围内任意调整。
