本实用新型涉及一种PVC生产中原料输送设备,特别涉及一种PVC粉料输送系统。
背景技术
目前,在PVC生产过程中为了提高生产的自动化程度,许多生产单位都配置了高层自动计量系统,PVC树脂粉等粉状物料由设在高处的原料储存罐通过高层自动计量系统完成前道给料工序,然而PVC树脂粉等粉状物料输送到原料储存罐的过程是由电梯和人工搬运的方法来完成的,人工劳动强度大,自动化程度不高,工作效率较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种无需人工搬运,自动化程度较高的PVC粉料输送系统。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:本实用新型具有设置在底层的震动筛粉机和设置在高层的PVC储存罐,PVC储存罐底部出口设有出料组件和自动计量组件;所述PVC储存罐与震动筛粉机之间设有输送管道,PVC储存罐顶部连接有抽真空组件。
上述PVC粉料输送系统的PVC储存罐顶部设有防止PVC粉料进入抽真空组件的粉料隔离组件,输送管道和抽真空组件均通过粉料隔离组件与PVC储存罐连接。
上述PVC粉料输送系统的粉料隔离组件为布袋反吹分离机。
上述PVC粉料输送系统的抽真空组件为三叶罗茨风机。
本实用新型具有以下特点:(1)本实用新型采用真空吸料的方式将底层的粉料输送至高层的PVC储存罐内,无需电梯和人工搬运,人工劳动强度小,生产效率高;(2)本实用新型设有粉料隔离组件,避免粉料被吸入抽真空组件中,造成原材料的损失和设备的损坏,设计合理;(3)粉料在输送过程中与外界隔离,避免了对环境的污染。

见图1,本实用新型具有设置在底层的震动筛粉机1和设置在高层的PVC储存罐2,PVC储存罐2底部出口设有出料组件3和自动计量组件4;PVC储存罐2与震动筛粉机1之间设有输送管道5,PVC储存罐2顶部连接抽真空用的三叶罗茨风机6,PVC储存罐2顶部设有防止PVC粉料进入三叶罗茨风机6的粉料隔离组件7,输送管道5和三叶罗茨风机6均通过粉料隔离组件7与PVC储存罐2连接;本实施例中的粉料隔离组件7为布袋反吹分离机。
粉料输送时,在三叶罗茨风机6的作用下,PVC储存罐2、粉料隔离组件7和输送管道5均处于负压状态,震动筛粉机1底部被筛出的粉料由输送管道5的入口进入输送管道5,再经过粉料隔离组件7后落入PVC储存罐2中;生产时出料组件3将粉料输送至自动计量组件4,经自动计量后送入生产设备。

1、一种PVC粉料输送系统,具有设置在底层的震动筛粉机(1)和设置在高层的PVC储存罐(2),PVC储存罐(2)底部出口设有出料组件(3)和自动计量组件(4);其特征在于:所述PVC储存罐(2)与震动筛粉机(1)之间设有输送管道(5),PVC储存罐(2)顶部连接有抽真空组件(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的PVC粉料输送系统,其特征在于:所述PVC储存罐(2)顶部设有防止PVC粉料进入抽真空组件(6)的粉料隔离组件(7),输送管道(5)和抽真空组件(6)均通过粉料隔离组件(7)与PVC储存罐(2)连接。
3、根据权利要求2所述的PVC粉料输送系统,其特征在于:所述粉料隔离组件(7)为布袋反吹分离机。
4、根据权利要求2所述的PVC粉料输送系统,其特征在于:所述抽真空组件(6)为三叶罗茨风机。
