本实用新型公开一种高光、无熔痕注塑模具,属于模具技术领域,包括静模和动模,所述动模包括模具型腔板,模具型腔板上开设有注射孔,注射孔与注塑机相连通,在模具型腔板与注塑机之间设置有模具冷却板,该注塑模具还配有控制器,控制器分别连接有加热器、温度传感器和注塑机。利用该模具在采用常规注塑工艺时,也可以获得高光、无熔痕的塑料产品。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种模具,具体涉及一种高光、无熔痕注塑模具。
背景技术
注射成型作为塑料加工中重要的成型方法之一,在工业生产的各个领域都有广泛的应用。随着塑料制品应用的日益广泛,人们对塑料制品的精度、表面质量和强度的要求越来越高,但是,对于注塑过程中的一些缺陷,如:熔接痕、流痕、塑料制品外观质量差等,普通注塑成形工艺无法根本解决。在实际生产过程中,主要通过塑料喷涂技术提高塑料制品的表面质量和表面强度,从而掩饰塑料制品的表面缺陷。表面喷涂是对塑料产品的二次加工,采用表面喷涂技术,不仅浪费生产原料、浪费能源,增加塑料制品的生产成本,而且造成严重的环境污染,危害操作人员的人身健康。
近两年出现的蒸汽高光无熔痕注塑模具可以获得高光、无熔痕的产品,该模具所采用的工艺是在注射成型过程中,将注塑模具的型腔或模芯快速加热至接近或者高于聚合物的热变形温度,然后将聚合物注射到模具型腔中,在注射和保压过程中就开始快速冷却模具型腔或模芯,当模具温度被冷却到一定程度后打开模具,取出产品。但是该模具要求使用高温蒸汽,能耗高,而且安全性低,模具生产复杂,同时冷热交替的使用状态使型腔的寿命及保养都存在一定的缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高光、无熔痕注塑模具,利用该模具在采用常规注塑工艺时,也可以获得高光、无熔痕的塑料产品。
其技术解决方案是:一种高光、无熔痕注塑模具,包括静模和动模,所述动模包括模具型腔板,模具型腔板上开设有注射孔,注射孔与注塑机相连通,在模具型腔板与注塑机之间设置有模具冷却板。
上述高光、无熔痕注塑模具配有控制器,控制器通过连接线分别与注塑机、加热器和温度传感器相连接。
上述加热器和温度传感器设置在模具型腔板内。
上述加热器采用电加热器。
上述模具冷却板内设置有冷却水管道。
上述控制器采用可编程控制器、微型计算机或单片机。
上述控制器配有触摸屏、显示器、键盘、鼠标。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于本注塑模具配有控制器,可实时地测量模具型腔板内部的温度,根据温度的变化向注塑机发送相应的信息,保证注塑机能在合适的温度下射入塑胶;在模具合模的同时采用冷却板进行冷却,提高了冷却效率;本实用新型可根据注射周期的各个阶段对模具型腔板进行加热与冷却,模具温度控制精度高,模具加热及冷却范围大,利用该模具可以获得高表面光亮度、无熔接痕、不需喷涂加工、产品性能好、生产成本低的塑料制品。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明:
如附图1所示,一种高光、无熔痕注塑模具,包括静模1和动模2,所述动模2包括模具型腔板3,模具型腔板3内设置有电加热器4和温度传感器5,电加热器4和温度传感器5通过连接线与控制器6相连接,控制器6可采用温度或时间或温度与时间同时控制的控制方式,控制器6采用微型计算机,配有显示器、键盘、鼠标,控制器6通过连接线与注塑机7相连接,注塑机与模具型腔板3上的注射孔相连通,在注塑机7与模具型腔板3之间设置有模具冷却板8,模具冷却板8内设置有冷却水管道,冷却水管道与水源相连接,使冷却水在冷却水管道内循环,保证模具冷却板8有足够的冷却温度,当模具型腔板3加热时,模具冷却板8与模具型腔板3相分离,当完成合模,注塑机开始注射时,模具冷却板8与模具型腔板3相接触,对模具进行冷却。
在注塑循环中,当模具打开时,控制器接收注塑机反馈的开模信号,控制器给出信号,加热器开始对模具型腔板进行加热。当模具型腔板温度达到要求的范围时,模具型腔板内的温度传感器将温度信号传给控制器,控制器给出信号,加热器停止加热,同时向注塑机发出可以注射的信号。在完成合模,开始注射动作的同时,冷却板开始发挥作用,对模具进行冷却。当模具的冷却动作达到要求后,机床开模,并自动进行下一个循环。
当然,本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于上述实施例,只要是本领域普通技术人员,根据本实用新型所作出的未经创造性地改进,就应在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1、一种高光、无熔痕注塑模具,包括静模和动模,其特征在于所述动模包括模具型腔板,模具型腔板上开设有注射孔,注射孔与注塑机相连通,在模具型腔板与注塑机之间设置有模具冷却板。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高光、无熔痕注塑模具,其特征在于所述高光、无熔痕注塑模具配有控制器,控制器通过连接线分别连接有注塑机、加热器和温度传感器。
3、根据权利要求2所述的高光、无熔痕注塑模具,其特征在于所述加热器和温度传感器设置在模具型腔板内。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的高光、无熔痕注塑模具,其特征在于所述加热器采用电加热器。
5、根据权利要求1所述的高光、无熔痕注塑模具,其特征在于所述模具冷却板内设置有冷却水管道。
6、根据权利要求2所述的高光、无熔痕注塑模具,其特征在于所述控制器采用可编程控制器、微型计算机或单片机。
7、根据权利要求2或6所述的高光、无熔痕注塑模具,其特征在于所述控制器配有触摸屏、显示器、键盘、鼠标。
