Abstract
本实用新型为变速箱副箱输出轴专用轴承,是一种滚动轴承。通过整体的轴承外圈构成双列圆锥滚子轴承,改变了原用两个单列轴承组合成双列结构的形式,提高了轴承的刚性,解决了轴承的承载问题,同时便于轴向游动量的调整。本轴承由内圈、外圈、滚动体、筐形保持架和内隔圈组成,外圈为整体结构,其外表面为圆柱形,一端有凸缘,内表面中段为圆孔,两头为锥孔,内圈、滚动体、筐形保持架组成两个内组件,对称的装于外圈内腔两头,中间装有内隔圈,构成完整的双列圆锥滚子轴承。本实用新型装于重型汽车变速箱副箱输出轴上,作为承载轴承。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及滚动轴承,具体是一种变速箱副箱输出轴专用轴承。
背景技术
目前重型汽车变速箱副箱输出轴所用轴承为两套单列圆锥滚子轴承,经内、外隔圈隔离而简单的组合在一起,成为双列轴承。通过多年的使用实践,证明这种结构存在如下缺点:1.零件数量偏多,增加了制造和装卸的工作量;2.轴向游动量调整不便,而这类轴承的工作状态要求必须有一定的轴向游动量;3.刚性差,此类轴承主要起支撑作用,应能承受径向负荷和一定轴向负荷的联合载荷,现有轴承满足不了此要求,应予改进。
发明内容
针对现用轴承存在的缺陷,经实验研究,对其结构进行了改进,提供一种变速箱副箱输出轴专用轴承,以满足重型汽车制造行业的需求。
技术方案
变速箱副箱输出轴用轴承包括内圈、外圈、滚动体、筐形保持架和内隔圈,所述外圈为一整体结构,其外表面为圆柱形,一端有凸缘,内表面中段为圆孔,圆孔段两端为圆锥孔,内圈、滚动体、筐形保持架组装成两个不可分离的内组件,外圈内腔中部安装内隔圈,两个内组件对称的装在内隔圈两侧,构成整体的双列圆锥滚子轴承。
有益效果和现用同类轴承比较,本实用新型的优点是:1.外圈为整体结构,使得轴承为一个整体的双列圆锥滚子轴承,不再由两部分简单组合,因而增加了轴承的刚性,满足了承受径、轴向联合载荷的要求;2.零件数量相对减少,简化了加工、装配工序,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益;3.整体外圈一端的凸缘便于轴向准确定位,通过调整内隔圈的宽度可方便的调整轴承的轴向游动量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式,如图所示,变速箱副箱输出轴专用轴承由内圈1、滚动体2、筐形保持架3、外圈4和内隔圈5组成,外圈4为整体结构,外表面为圆柱形,一端有凸缘,内表面中段为圆形孔,圆孔两侧为圆锥孔,该锥孔的角度为滚动体2的角度,与内圈1上的锥角之和构成轴承工作面。内圈1、滚动体2和筐形保持架3组成不可分离的内组件,共两件;内隔圈5装于外圈4内腔中部的圆形孔中,两个内组件对称的装于内隔圈5的两侧,构成整体的双列圆锥滚子轴承。
内隔圈5制成宽度不等的系列件,以便配制出不同轴向游动量。
Claims (2)
1、一种变速箱副箱输出轴专用轴承,包括内圈、外圈、滚动体、筐形保持架和隔圈,其特征在于所述外圈(4)为整体结构,其外表面为圆柱形,一端有凸缘,内表面中段为圆孔,圆孔段两端为圆锥孔,内圈(1)、滚动体(2)和筐形保持架(3)组装成两个不可分离的内组件,外圈(4)内腔中部安装内隔圈(5),两个内组件对称的装在内隔圈(5)的两侧,构成整体的双列圆锥滚子轴承。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种变速箱副箱输出轴专用轴承,其特征在于外圈(4)内孔的锥角与滚动体(2)的锥面、内圈(1)上的锥面协调,构成轴承工作面。
