卧式无泄漏除砂泵,是对输送砂浆、矿浆类介质的泵结构进行改进;解决机械密封泵泄漏的不足;卧式无泄漏除砂泵,其特征在于由泵盖、泵体、叶轮螺母、叶轮、隔板、副叶轮、填料箱、泥状填料、填料压盖、轴、轴承、托架、轴承压盖、联轴节组成;轴承及轴承压盖装在轴上,填料压盖装在轴上,填料箱装在轴上,填料箱与轴之间装轴承,在其空间内装泥状填料,填料压盖固定在填料箱上,轴装在托架上,轴上端装联轴节,副叶轮装在轴上用键固定,隔板装在副叶轮上,叶轮装在轴上用键、叶轮螺母固定,泵体与托架固定连接,在泵体下口处装泵盖;优点:副叶轮旋转产生离心力,能够平衡叶轮产生的压力,在副叶轮轮毂处产生负压,使泵工作时实现了无泄漏运转。

技术领域:本发明创造是对输送砂浆、矿浆类介质的泵结构进行改进。
背景技术:当输送砂浆、矿浆类介质时,由于安装机械密封的泵,机械密封在有结晶、含杂质等苛刻条件下易磨损而发生泄漏,使用寿命难以保证,而普通填料密封不能保证无泄漏运行,且维护更换填料非常麻烦,增大了工人的劳动强度,使用效果也不是很理想。
发明内容:本发明创造的目的是提供一种输送砂浆、矿浆类介质时不泄漏的卧式无泄漏除砂泵;本发明创造的目的是通过下述的枝术方案实现的:卧式无泄漏除砂泵,其特征在于由泵盖、泵体、叶轮螺母、叶轮、隔板、副叶轮、填料箱、泥状填料、填料压盖、轴、轴承、托架、轴承压盖、联轴节组成;将轴承及轴承压盖装在轴中部及上端上,将填料压盖装在轴上,将填料箱装在轴上,填料箱与轴之间装轴承,在其空间内装泥状填料,将填料压盖固定在填料箱上,将轴装在托架上,轴上端装联轴节,将副叶轮装在轴上用键固定,将隔板装在副叶轮上,将叶轮装在轴上用键、叶轮螺母固定,将泵体与托架固定连接,在泵体下口处装泵盖。
本发明创造的优点:当泵在工作时,副叶轮的旋转产生离心力,能够平衡叶轮产生的压力,在副叶轮轮毂处产生负压,从而使泵工作时实现了无泄漏运转;泵停车后,介质由泥状填料密封,因为停车后密封处的压力极小,因而填料不必压得很紧,这样就减小了填料与轴的磨损,延长了使用寿命。
