本实用新型涉及透镜技术领域，尤其涉及一种大功率LED红外发射管的聚光透镜，其包括一体成型的透镜本体，所述透镜本体的底端成型有圆台形的聚光杯体，聚光杯体的底端成型有用于放置LED的凸出部，由于在透镜本体的底端成型有圆台形的聚光杯体，使得LED发出的光线可以经过体积较大、聚光效果较好的聚光杯体的聚焦后，再发射出去，从而改善了大功率LED红外发射管的聚光效果，增加了大功率LED红外发射管的照射距离。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及透镜技术领域，尤其涉及一种大功率LED红外发射管的聚光透镜。
背景技术：
由于LED(Light Emitting Diode，发光二极管)的使用寿命长、能耗低、节约能源显著，LED作为光源已广泛地应用于日常生活中，如安装在摄像机等安防监控装置的大功率LED红外发射管，其功耗低、照射距离远、使用寿命长。一般的大功率LED红外发射管在使用时，要求LED的出光是具有一定形状的聚焦光束，以控制光线的出光角度，并增加大功率LED红外发射管的照射距离。目前，大多数的大功率LED红外发射管都是通过LED自身的PC(Polycarbonate，聚碳酸酯)盖来聚焦光线，由于PC盖的体积小，聚光效果差，导致大功率LED红外发射管的照射距离较近，而且，当大功率LED红外发射管需要不同的出光角度时，必须更换不同的LED，操作使用较为麻烦。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的不足而提供一种聚光效果好的大功率LED红外发射管的聚光透镜。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
它包括一体成型的透镜本体，所述透镜本体的底端成型有圆台形的聚光杯体，聚光杯体的底端成型有用于放置LED的凸出部。
其中，所述透镜本体的底端成型有定位柱。
其中，所述凸出部上开设有凹槽。
本实用新型有益效果在于：
本实用新型提供的大功率LED红外发射管的聚光透镜包括一体成型的透镜本体，所述透镜本体的底端成型有圆台形的聚光杯体，聚光杯体的底端成型有用于放置LED的凸出部，由于在透镜本体的底端成型有圆台形的聚光杯体，使得LED发出的光线可以经过体积较大、聚光效果较好的聚光杯体的聚焦后，再发射出去，从而改善了大功率LED红外发射管的聚光效果，增加了大功率LED红外发射管的照射距离。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明，见图1、2所示，本实用新型包括一体成型的透镜本体1，所述透镜本体1的底端成型有圆台形的聚光杯体2，当然，聚光杯体2的几何尺寸，如曲率半径、内部的凹凸情况，可以根据不同的出光要求及聚光效果而设定；在本实施例中，所述聚光杯体2的底端成型有用于放置LED的凸出部3；所述凸出部3上开设有凹槽5，用于放置LED上引出的电极；所述透镜本体1的底端成型有定位柱4，以便于聚光透镜的安装定位。
本实用新型可以安装在摄像机等安防监控装置的大功率LED红外发射管中，由于在透镜本体1的底端成型有圆台形的聚光杯体2，使得LED发出的光线可以经过体积较大、聚光效果较好的聚光杯体2的聚焦后，再发射出去，从而改善了大功率LED红外发射管的聚光效果，增加了大功率LED红外发射管的照射距离。进一步，当大功率LED红外发射管需要不同的出光角度时，无需更换LED，由于聚光杯体2决定出光角度，只要更换不同聚光杯体2的聚光透镜，使聚光透镜与LED的PC盖互相配合，就可以形成符合要求的出光角度，操作使用十分方便。
当然，以上所述仅是本实用新型的较佳实施例，故凡依本实用新型专利申请范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰，均包括于本实用新型专利申请范围内。

1、大功率LED红外发射管的聚光透镜，它包括一体成型的透镜本体(1)，其特征在于：所述透镜本体(1)的底端成型有圆台形的聚光杯体(2)，聚光杯体(2)的底端成型有用于放置LED的凸出部(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED红外发射管的聚光透镜，其特征在于：所述透镜本体(1)的底端成型有定位柱(4)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED红外发射管的聚光透镜，其特征在于：所述凸出部(3)上开设有凹槽(5)。
