为了解决管道驳接时，被挤开至接近平行于管壁的内齿的前端难以嵌入管壁或卡入管槽的问题，以及内齿嵌入管壁的深度无法控制的问题，今给出流体管连接装置内齿卡环，包括当管道插入时被挤开的内齿，在驳接状态下内齿前端卡紧管壁，其特征是，内齿前端向管道退出方向弯折。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及流体管连接装置处用于卡紧管壁的内齿卡环。
背景技术
授权公告号为CN1324258C的第200310101202.7号中国专利(下称对比文件)记载了用于引导水或气体等流体流动的流体管连接装置(对比文件称之为“水或汽管连接装置”)，包括一个管接头和一个可固紧安装在管接头上的塞套，塞套被管道穿过后套在管壁外。有内齿卡环(对比文件称之为“内齿锁紧圈3”)和推齿环(对比文件称之为“启闭环2”)装在管接头和塞套之间。驳接时管道穿过塞套和推齿环后向外挤开内齿穿过内齿卡环，接在管接头上；若为质地较软的塑料管，则驳接完成后内齿前端略微嵌入管壁；若为铁管或不锈钢管，则可以在管壁上开槽，让内齿前端卡入管槽内；若为铜管，则无需开槽。退出时，需要由推齿环顺着管道插入方向推开内齿后部使内齿前端松开管壁才能取出管子。
现有的内齿卡环的缺陷是：
一、驳接时管道向外挤开内齿穿过内齿卡环，如果内齿被挤开至接近平行于管壁，则内齿前端难以嵌入管壁或卡入管槽，即使勉强嵌入或卡入也达不到足够的深度。而且因为内齿基本成一直线顶住管壁，所以拆管时推齿环难以把内齿推开，若要强行拆除，则须推齿环把内齿的后部推至严重变形才能使内齿松开管壁，但此时已损坏的内齿已经无法再卡紧管壁，导致内齿卡环不能重复使用。
二、对质地较软的塑料管，内齿嵌入管壁的深度无法控制，内齿嵌入管壁太深会伤害管壁，甚至导致管子不能继续使用，多次装拆后伤害更甚。
实用新型内容
本实用新型首先解决管道驳接时，被挤开至接近平行于管壁的内齿的前端难以嵌入管壁或卡入管槽的问题，同时解决内齿嵌入管壁的深度无法控制的问题。
本实用新型的流体管连接装置内齿卡环，包括当管道插入时被挤开的内齿，在驳接状态下内齿前端卡紧管壁，其特征是，内齿前端向管道退出方向弯折。
因为本实用新型的内齿前端向管道退出方向弯折，所以即使内齿后部被挤开至接近平行于管壁，弯折的内齿前端也可以轻易地嵌入管壁或卡入管槽。
因为本实用新型的内齿前端向管道退出方向弯折，使得内齿后部与前端方向不一致，内齿后部不能再嵌入管壁。
可见，嵌入或卡入管壁的深度取决于弯折的内齿前端的长度，所以通过设计弯折的内齿前端的长度，就可以让其既达到足够的深度，又不会嵌入太深，从而对塑料管等质地较软的流体管起到较好的保护作用。
在此基础上，本实用新型再解决内齿卡环难以被推齿环推开，或被强行推开后内齿严重变形导致不能重复使用的问题。
所述的流体管连接装置内齿卡环，内齿后部往靠近管壁的方向突起。
驳接状态下，管壁向内齿前端施以往管道退出方向的力，该力通过内齿前端传到内齿后部，使内齿后部受压迫而扭曲。因为本实用新型的内齿后部往靠近管壁的方向突起，所以其受压迫而扭曲时突起部分会更靠近管壁(此时内齿后部的前半部分往往会贴住管壁)，使内齿后部的后半部分往垂直于管轴的方向倾斜，便于被推齿环推开。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1的流体管连接装置，包括内齿卡环1。流体管驳接完成后如图2所示，内齿前端3嵌入管壁4，其中内齿卡环1如图3、5。内齿前端3向管道退出方向弯折，弯折的内齿前端3长约2mm，内齿嵌入管壁4的深度取决于弯折的内齿前端3的长度。内齿后部2向靠近管壁4的方向突起。
驳接状态下，管道内的流体流动使管壁4受到管道退出方向的力，该力通过内齿前端3传到内齿后部2，使内齿后部2受压迫而扭曲，此时内齿后部2向靠近管壁4的方向突起，内齿后部的前半部分5贴住管壁4，内齿后部的后半部分6往垂直于管轴的方向倾斜，便于被推齿环7推开。
实施例二
如图6是本实用新型内齿卡环的另一种内齿结构，内齿前端3向管道退出方向弯折。本实施例的内齿后部2基本成一直线，造成拆管时推齿环难以推开内齿。

1.流体管连接装置内齿卡环，包括当管道插入时被挤开的内齿，在驳接状态下内齿前端(3)卡紧管壁(4)，其特征是，内齿前端(3)向管道退出方向弯折。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流体管连接装置内齿卡环，内齿后部(2)往靠近管壁(4)的方向突起。
