本实用新型涉及转向节总成领域，尤其是一种改型转向节总成。
背景技术
原有的转向节总成如图1所示，主要包括转向节1、卡环2、轴承3和轮毂4，其不足在于：装配不方便，而且有较大的装配误差。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决上述现有技术的缺点，提供一种改型转向节总成。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案：这种改型转向节总成，主要包括转向节、轴承和轮毂，在轮毂上设有等同1/2轴承内圈的连接凸台，轴承内圈相应减少1/2，在轮毂的轴承端装有卡箍和轴承，轮毂小端向外延伸形成卷边结构。
所述的转向节内腔设有与轴承端面相配合的限位台阶档。
本实用新型有益的效果是：优化结构，利于装配，减少装配误差。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明：
如图2所示，这种改型转向节总成，主要包括转向节1、轴承3和轮毂4，在轮毂4上设有等同1/2轴承内圈的连接凸台4-1，轴承3内圈相应减少1/2，减少装配误差。在轮毂4的轴承端装有卡箍5和轴承3，轮毂4小端向外延伸形成卷边4-2结构，这样就实现了轮毂、轴承一体化。同时，更改转向节轴承档结构，增加限位台阶档，减少卡环装置，即转向节1内腔设有与轴承3端面相配合的限位台阶档6，卷边4-2结构代替了原有的卡环装置。通过轴承档与卡箍实现限制作用，避免轴承滑动及轮毂轴向窜动。该改型转向节总成与老结构相比，优化结构，利于装配，减少装配误差。

1、一种改型转向节总成，主要包括转向节(1)、轴承(3)和轮毂(4)，其特征是：在轮毂(4)上设有等同1/2轴承内圈的连接凸台(4-1)，轴承(3)内圈相应减少1/2，在轮毂(4)的轴承端装有卡箍(5)和轴承(3)，轮毂(4)小端向外延伸形成卷边(4-2)结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的改型转向节总成，其特征在于：所述的转向节(1)内腔设有与轴承(3)端面相配合的限位台阶档(6)。
