本实用新型涉及机械设备维修工具技术领域，尤其是一种两半套筒拉力器。
背景技术：
矿井下使用的局部对旋式风机，由于其风叶结构特殊，在修理过程中，对风叶拆卸非常困难，拆卸过程中费时费力，又容易造成风叶损坏。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种两半套筒拉力器，用于风机风叶的拆卸，可快速拆卸风叶，又不损坏风叶。
本实用新型的技术方案是：所述的一种两半套筒拉力器，在该拉力器的强力丝杆上装有丝母套筒，在丝母套筒上设有圆周槽，两半卡套的一端装入丝母套筒的圆周槽内，在丝母套筒和两半卡套的外周圆上套装有防开套。
在所述的强力丝杆的端头设有球形槽，在丝母套筒的外周圆中部位处装有防转套。
本实用新型可快速拆卸风叶，又不损坏风叶，即经济又实用，可减轻工人的劳动强度，提高工作效率。

具体实施方案：
如图1中所示，在本实用新型的强力丝杆4上装有丝母套筒7，在丝母套筒7上设有圆周槽，两半卡套3的一端装入丝母套筒7的圆周槽内，在丝母套筒7和两半卡套3的外周圆上套装有防开套5，在强力丝杆4的端头设有球形槽，另外在丝母套筒7的外周圆中部位处装有防转套6。
拆卸风叶时，将钢球8放在局部对旋式风机的电机轴头2的中心孔内，用强力丝杆4端头的球形槽顶住，此时，将防开套5向后移动，使两半卡套3的另一端卡套在局部对旋式风机的风叶1的圆周槽内，再将防开套5向前移动，卡住两半卡套3，防止两半卡套3从槽内脱节，然后固定防转套6，再转动强力丝杆4，逐渐将局部对旋式风机的风叶1从局扇电机轴头2卸下。

1、一种两半套筒拉力器，其特征在于：在该拉力器的强力丝杆(4)上装有丝母套筒(7)，在丝母套筒(7)上设有圆周槽，两半卡套(3)的一端装入丝母套筒(7)的圆周槽内，在丝母套筒(7)和两半卡套(3)的外周圆上套装有防开套(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的两半套筒拉力器，其特征在于：在所述的强力丝杆(4)的端头设有球形槽，在丝母套筒(7)的外周圆中部位处装有防转套(6)。
