具体实施方式：
塑料托盘1与脖颈定位环带3固定连接，枕垫2固定在塑料托盘1中。在给病人清创缝合头面部时，把塑料托盘1放在手术台上，让病人的头部枕在枕垫2上，脖子嵌在脖颈定位环带3中，然后进行清创消毒产生的污液直接接入塑料托盘1中，手术结束后对该托盘进行消毒处理待下次使用，它的使用大大方便了医护人员，且保持了手术台面的清洁和卫生。
